Worst Service EVER.... they promise and then dissappoint. Dont return phone calls....And if they offer you a $200 discount for inconvience. Its a cop out. THEY make false promises. Do not buy furniture from this location. Worst customer service.... I am so disspointed and will be going to the better business bureau. Convienietly whomever you are calling to speak with is either on break or lunch all the time. Wish I could add photos however, promised items never arrived.

Today Sandra assisted us. She was super helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She ran around the store with us while we picked out a recliner chair and 65” tv. She made sure we bought the proper warranties and the right soundbar. Of course we bought to recliner and ygecTV. She has a very bubbly and enthusiastic personality which is just right for her job. I am extremely disappointed with the service from The Brick on 1607 Dundas St E Mississauga ON L4X1L5. We purchased an expensive Samsung dryer, and from day one it did not even turn on. The technicians came, simply plugged it in, and left without properly checking anything or making sure the appliance was working.
The experience with the washer was just as frustrating. We had to hire someone else ourselves just to install the drainage properly because their team did not complete the installation correctly.
Now The Brick keeps telling us to contact Samsung, while Samsung tells us to contact The Brick. We are being pushed back and forth with no solution, despite paying a lot of money for these appliances. Nobody is taking responsibility, and the customer service has been terrible.
Very unprofessional experience. I would not recommend buying appliances from this location unless you want stress, wasted time, and no support after purchase.

Jay was an absolute pleasure to work with while helping me and my husband choose our beautiful sectional, mattresses, end tables, and coffee table. From the start, he was pleasant, professional, and incredibly easy to deal with. What stood out most was how genuine and honest he was throughout the entire process. I don’t trust most people easily, but Jay made us feel completely comfortable and confident in our decisions. He also helped us stay within budget without making us feel like we had to compromise on the pieces we really wanted. What impressed us even more was that his service didn’t end after the sale — he continued to follow up and make sure our delivery date was exactly what we wanted. Jay is still proving how amazing he is, and we couldn’t be happier with both the furniture and the experience.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
