Completely misleading delivery information.
Purchased a dishwasher that indicated it could be installed on a specific date. Got delivery notice on that day and then saw 8 hours in, it was cancelled.
Customer service explained it was a system error and the new delivery and installation date would be 3 days from then. A day later I get a call from the actual installer saying their earliest availability to install it is an entire week after the new date.

The customer service at first was great when it came to finding the furniture I needed and I even ended up purchasing a TV on top of what I originally went in for.
Things took a turn when I was ready to pay. The sales associate shared their warrantee and the extra costs and I declined. I thought that was clear and I was ready to pay but then the floor manager kept pushing for the warrantee. I have never had to deal with such odd behaviour- a customer is ready to pay but you keep pushing the warrantee which by the way sounds insane.
The warrantee process is that they have what he called “technicians” that will come to your home, assess the damage and then either conclude it is not a manufacturing issue or if it is they will “fix it” but they wouldn’t replace the entire couch. I was not born yesterday, this comment triggered me so much. Clearly they just want to sell warrantees. I even asked if they have no trust in the products they sell because why the push?
Everything you purchase comes with one year manufacturing warrantee. If a couch doesn’t show issues within that year then those precious technicians he referred to (which is a crazy term for someone in furniture) will never conclude that the manufacturing is the issue.
I have never wanted to purchase something while the sales associate wouldn’t let me pay. I left with anxiety rather than a good experience.
On top of it all they can’t guarantee when my furniture will be delivered. It can be end of July or maybe earlier. I am really regretting this entire purchase just because of the experience at the end.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Brick today, thanks to Shahida. She is a beautiful woman, both inside and out, with such a warm presence. With years of experience, she patiently guided me through all the options, helping me as I made my choices. I also had my 4-year-old with me, and Shahida was so kind, making sure my daughter was comfortable. I can’t recommend her enough. She has great style and great taste!

Extremely disappointed with my recent mattress purchase and delivery experience. This mattress was for my mother, who has mobility challenges and is preparing for surgery, making this purchase especially important.
The entire process was plagued with errors: incorrect product information on the invoice, the wrong box spring delivered, multiple unanswered emails to customer service and management, an incorrect delivery address that was never corrected despite assurances, and a failed replacement delivery that caused further delays. What should have been a simple purchase turned into nearly two weeks of stress and inconvenience.
Most concerning was the complete lack of response and accountability from store management despite multiple emails and attempts to contact them.
I've shopped with The Brick before without issue, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location based on the service I received.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
