In the past couple of weeks I have shopped at this store. I have to say my sales rep , Hitan, has been amazing! His knowledge of the products, what the sales were, what would work together or Not. I returned 3 or 4 times with different family members to buy them some new stuff, I even brought my X husband in to shop. I am dealing with a mobility issue, He even pushed me around the store in your wheel chair, talk about going the extra mile !
Hitan is the kind of sales person I would work with any time .

I had an excellent experience with the delivery team from The Brick. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. Getting our refrigerator into the kitchen on the first floor wasn’t easy due to the narrow staircase compared to the size of the appliance, but the team carefully disassembled it, maneuvered it through the challenging entry, and then reassembled it inside without any issues.
What really stood out was their professionalism and attention to detail. They took great care to protect both the appliance and our home, there wasn’t a single scratch on the walls or along the staircase, and the refrigerator and other items arrived in flawless condition, without any dents or damage.
They were patient, skilled, and clearly experienced at handling difficult situations. It’s rare to see this level of dedication and care. I truly appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend their service to anyone expecting appliance delivery.

I had an amazing experience at The Brick, Ridgeway Dr. Mississauga all thanks to the incredible service I received from Sandy.
From the moment I walked in, she took the time to understand exactly what I needed to furnish my new condo. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right pieces—not just making a sale. What really stood out was how she guided me through every step of the process, from choosing styles and layouts to coordinating delivery and making sure everything fit my space perfectly.
Her attention to detail and follow-through were exceptional, and I always felt like I was in good hands.
If you’re shopping at The Brick, I highly recommend asking for her. She truly goes above and beyond. Thank you for making my new place feel like home!

They provide extremely poor customer service.
A customer service agent named Annan called regarding a delivery and began speaking in an aggressive and unprofessional manner. She told my wife, “This is not your grocery delivery that we can deliver on time.” When my wife asked her to be more polite, the agent responded, “Do whatever you want to do.”
She then called me, and when I requested to speak with a manager regarding her behavior, she repeated the same dismissive response: “Do whatever you want to do.”
I later visited the store and spoke with the operations manager, Lagan (name uncertain). He was unable to communicate effectively in English, displayed a dismissive attitude, and left the conversation midway without returning.
Overall, this experience reflects a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. I regret spending money at a business that clearly does not prioritize customer service

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
