Very bad experience with this location I ordered my sofa set pay upfront got receipts delivery time confirmed the sale guy said we will email you all warranty etc ,day before delivery we just went to confirme about delivery the guy said I went to vacation and forgot your order to replace, Brick Canada big furniture retailer how its work really surprised us,when we pay and manager give us receipts so how come they didn't replace my order, after when we asked they Very rude no apologize 🙄
They don't care about customer they get their salary and don't care the Brick canada reputation

Kirk and Marlon delivered my queen mattress this afternoon. These two individuals have remarkable personalities, pleasant demeanor. Kirk and Marlon donned their personal protective shoes covers this demonstrated that they respected my home and I do appreciate their thoughtfulness. I wish others could practice the same idea. Phenomenal human beings.
I must also take this opportunity to share my thoughts on Anmol the sales consultant at the Mississauga SS (h3). He is also a phenomenal human beings. Very compassionate and caring person. His highly professional skills made me want to continue shopping from The Brick after much issues that I have been through with the customer service staff members in getting a mattress and box spring exchange. Anmol was instrumental in getting me the exchange of both mattress and box spring.
A big thank you to Pardeep B. who I chatted with online June 26. Pardeep not only patiently listened to my concerns but was able create a ticket for the concern and finally I will now able to get the box spring exchanged.

As a pregnant woman, this has been one of the most stressful and disappointing shopping experiences I have ever had.
My husband and I came to The Brick to purchase a sofa bed, and based on the salesperson's recommendations, we ended up buying nearly $10,000 worth of furniture. We trusted the staff and expected good customer service, especially after making such a large purchase.
Unfortunately, the experience after the sale has been terrible. We have faced multiple issues, and even after a second service visit, our problems are still not resolved. We purchased a bed worth over $6,000, and it is still not properly set up. Nobody seems to care, and no one takes responsibility for fixing the situation.
The lack of communication, follow-up, and customer support has been extremely frustrating. As someone who is pregnant, the last thing I need is additional stress caused by furniture that was supposed to make our home more comfortable.
The management at this store is the worst I have dealt with. Promises are made but not kept. Please do not blindly trust the words of the sales staff, because our experience has shown that what is promised at the time of sale is not necessarily what you receive afterward.
I regret making such a large purchase from The Brick and would not recommend this store to others.This sounds personal, emotional, and credible while remaining professional.
I would have gave them zero star..They deserve zero.

UPDATE: As per their request, I emailed them with the details of my experience. After multiple follow-ups for any kind of response or acknowledgment, the manager who replied to me seemed defensive because I was already given a small refund. Not sure why I was asked to reach out. Unfortunately I will not be shopping here again. I hope they can improve their customer service efforts in the future.
We spent a very large amount on product and scheduled delivery for a specific date before we had planned to move. We did this a month in advance so that we could be fully prepared. We were assured everything was arranged and that we'd receive a confirmation call the day before delivery, but no one contacted us.
Part of the issue stemmed from my phone number being entered incorrectly despite correcting it multiple times and being assured it had been fixed. When I couldn't reach the store by phone on the delivery date, I went in person and discovered our delivery had been scheduled for the day of our move instead of the day we agreed on. This created a major conflict with our moving schedule and required several follow-ups on my part just to get updates. They promised to call to arrange a later delivery time so we could be present but they never called, leaving us scrambling to arrange for a family member to be present for the delivery. I even had to call another store location to call this location because I kept getting put through to voicemail.
While the mattresses arrived and we are happy with the product itself so far, I had to follow up again to receive a promised partial refund. I also discovered after the fact that the delivery team had put a dent in our wall, but was told complaints must be submitted within 24 hours which was never communicated to us. We hoped we were present for the delivery as initially planned.
We were also told we were receiving a "special" deal only to us that included a free speaker, only to later learn that the promotion was available to anyone spending over a certain amount.
Overall, the communication was poor, I continuously had to chase them down while in the middle of a move, several promises were not kept, and the experience caused unnecessary stress during an already hectic move. While I did receive a small refund, it did not feel sufficient given the level of inconvenience and frustration. And I would have appreciated a more honest and transparent sales process.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
