  I visited Leon’s on Sunday looking for a blue sofa, and Preet Gill was such a huge help. She showed us a few customizable options and really listened to what we were looking for. We ended up buying one of her recommendations with a 3‑year warranty. The next morning, we realized blue wasn’t the right choice for our space. I reached out to Preet first thing Monday, and even though she wasn’t at work yet, she contacted her manager right away and got our order updated. She even sent the delivery confirmation shortly after. After visiting so many stores, working with Preet just felt right. She was kind, never pushy, and made the whole process easy. We’re really glad we met her and will definitely be shopping with her again.

  Preet (sales representative) and simran (manager) where great and really helpful through out the purchases and after services, i was lucky to have there service in leon’s vega location, highly recommend The products as well are really stiff and elegant and the protection service is a must from experience, i am happy with everything i got there from products and services honestly

  We had an excellent experience purchasing our new sofa from Leon’s, and a huge part of that was thanks to Roshin. From the very beginning, Roshin was incredibly patient and helpful. We visited the store multiple times before making our final decision, and she never rushed us or pressured us into buying. Instead, she took the time to answer all our questions, explain different options, and help us find the right sofa for our home. What truly stood out was her dedication to customer service. On one of our visits, we were still in the store after closing time. Even though the store closed at 9:00 PM, Roshin stayed until around 9:30 PM to assist us and ensure we were comfortable with our decision. That level of commitment is rare and greatly appreciated. After we finalized our purchase, we encountered a major issue when the Burlington warehouse team informed us that they could not deliver the sofa because of its size. Naturally, we were disappointed and started looking at alternative models. Instead of simply asking us to choose another sofa, Roshin took the initiative to find a solution. She suggested transferring the sofa from another warehouse in Brampton, carefully reviewed the dimensions, and even measured everything to ensure it would fit through the entrance and make it to the first floor of our home. In addition, she went the extra mile by arranging a vacuum cleaner as a complimentary gift, which was a thoughtful gesture and showed how much she values her customers. we were able to keep our original choice instead of settling for something else. She went above and beyond at every step of the process. If you’re shopping at Leon’s, I highly recommend asking for Roshin—you’ll be in great hands. Thank you, Roshin, for making our sofa-buying experience such a positive and memorable one! Thanks to the Brampton team for bringing it carefully to the first floor.
