  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this furniture store and honestly regret making this purchase. I purchased a sofa from this store, expecting a quality product that would be safe to use in my home. Unfortunately, the sofa has damaged my hardwood floor. Every time I try to clean underneath it or move it, I notice more scratches and damage to my flooring. This has been incredibly frustrating and upsetting, especially because furniture should not cause this kind of damage to a customer’s home. What makes this situation even worse is the complete lack of support from customer service. I reached out multiple times to explain the issue and ask for help, but I felt completely ignored. No one seemed genuinely interested in resolving the problem or taking my concerns seriously. After spending a significant amount of money on this sofa, I expected much better customer service and at least some willingness to help find a solution. Mistakes and product issues can happen, but the way a company handles a customer’s concerns says a lot about how much they value their customers. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Once the purchase was completed, it felt like getting any help or support became impossible. I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing furniture from this store to be very careful and make sure to ask questions about how the furniture may affect or damage their flooring. Based on my personal experience, I am very disappointed with both the product and the customer service, and I would not recommend this store based on the way my concerns were handled.

  Extreme dissatisfaction with my experience ordering from Leon’s. This has been an incredibly frustrating and unacceptable experience from the beginning. The order status and delivery date provided to me have been consistently unreliable, with the expected delivery date repeatedly being pushed further and further out. At this point, I have no confidence in the information being provided to me. What is even more concerning is that after contacting the customer service team, I was still unable to get a clear answer or even a specific, reliable delivery date. If the customer service representatives cannot determine where the order stands or provide a realistic timeline, how is the customer expected to plan around the purchase? I understand that delays can occasionally happen. However, what is unacceptable is the lack of transparency, accountability, and communication surrounding this order. I should not have to repeatedly chase Leon’s for updates, only to be given another uncertain or changing date. This is my first experience purchasing from Leon’s, and based on this experience, it will unfortunately be my last. The way my order has been handled has completely undermined my confidence in the company and the ability to fulfill orders as promised. I chose to purchase from Leon’s expecting a reasonable level of service and reliability. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience whatsoever.

  The sales people here need to work on their customer service. One person immediately walked away when I said I had to try out different options of chairs, as if he wanted to make an instant sale. Another sales person stared at me like a hawk and immediately avoided eye contact when I looked back at him. I'd recommend going to Structube next door.

  My husband and I recently made a purchase at the Leon's at Vega Blvd, and we dealt with sales associate Arun Mundapally. He is truly one of the best. He was very helpful and honest and even better - he was not pushy! I would highly recommend him , thanks Arun, we'll be back to see you soon!
