Now that’s comfortable.
Worst location is Britannia in Mississauga. The salespeople are pushy and they sell you extra items that you don’t need and don’t let you return it. And unlike most other stores where you would expect a return policy, they don’t tell you that you can’t return anything.

Recently visited this location in search of very specific furniture, requiring to fit our space, but also to support our size comfortably. We were greeted by a very pleasant gentlemen Win, who was activly listening to our needs and was able to find exactly what we needed.
It was an awesome experience. The manager of this specific location, Maha, was amazing as well. Would recommend this store to friends and family 100%.

Very disappointing experience – over 3 months of problems with a new sofa
I purchased a sofa from Leon’s in late April, expecting that buying new furniture from a major retailer would mean receiving a properly functioning product and having reasonable support if something went wrong. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
Almost immediately, I began dealing with issues with the sofa. After going through the appropriate service process, Leon’s eventually provided me with a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement sofa was actually in worse condition than the original, which only added to the frustration.
I have now been dealing with problems with this furniture for over three months, including not having full use of the reclining function on a sofa that I purchased new.
The repair process has been particularly frustrating. I was repeatedly told that a furniture technician would contact me to arrange the repair. On one occasion, I was told the technician would call, but he never did. I had to follow up with Leon’s again, only to be told that yet again he would call.
When the technician finally contacted me, the experience became even more disappointing. Rather than simply arranging the repair, he argued with me and claimed that I had never called him back and that he had called me numerous times. I checked my call history immediately afterward, and it showed only one call from him, not the multiple calls he claimed to have made.
At this point, it has been more than three months of dealing with problems, a replacement that was worse than the original, missed/failed communication, and now an argument with a technician over something that my phone records clearly contradict.
I understand that furniture can occasionally have manufacturing or mechanical issues, and I understand that repairs can sometimes be necessary. What I find unacceptable is the length of time this has gone on and the way the situation has been handled. I purchased a new sofa in good faith and expected to be able to use it as intended. Instead, I've spent months dealing with repairs, replacements, follow-ups, and having to chase people for service.
I also believe that after more than three months of dealing with a non-functioning reclining sofa, some form of compensation or goodwill adjustment would be reasonable. Unfortunately, so far the focus has simply been on getting the repair completed rather than acknowledging the considerable inconvenience and loss of use I've experienced.
I hope Leon’s management takes this feedback seriously. The issue isn't simply that a piece of furniture needed a repair — it's that the original sofa had problems, the replacement was worse, the repair process has dragged on for months, communication has repeatedly failed, and I was ultimately accused by the technician of not returning calls when my call history showed otherwise.
I would strongly encourage Leon’s to take a closer look at how warranty and service issues like this are being handled. Customers shouldn't have to spend months fighting to get a new piece of furniture functioning properly.
As someone who has purchased furniture at Leon’s for the better part of 20 years, I will never order another item from them again and will strongly suggest anyone considering Leon’s Mississauga north in particular, perhaps try a different location, as they truly do not care nor have any consideration for customers time.

Tracking where the delivery van is after getting notified that there is a scheduled delivery is a wonderful tool. A call from the delivery team half an hour before the actual delivery was an added bonus. The guys were very proficient and professional. They ensured everything was done right and quickly. They also took the old furniture out to the curb. packaging for the new furniture was taken away too. Very happy with the efficient handling. Shout out to the delivery team.

I just moved out of my parents house and into an apartment as a part of independent living as a disabled young adult in my 30’s. An adventure being on my own for the first time. I’d like to thank Tom for his EXCELLENT customer service. Because I am disabled, I told Tom exactly what I needed and he was able to get me the best deals that matches my budget. I’ve been in retail myself at Home Depot for 5 years now and I’ve NEVER seen anyone like myself. Someone who goes ABOVE and BEYOND for Customers just like I do. If you’re heading to this Leon’s location ask for Tom. You won’t be disappointed. He knows his stuff and will take his time with you especially if you are disabled and on a budget. THANK YOU TOM!! ❤️🤠😁. I LOVE my NEW furniture.
