All the branches called and said they didn't have anything in stock. After the sale, nobody even looks at you. Stay away from this brand. We've been waiting for two months.

Extremely poor customer service from this store! We made a purchase for multiple items from the store and the couch turned out to be defective unfortunately. I raised a concern with their customer service team a few weeks ago , sent numerous emails and made a lot of calls - still no reply from them regarding my case.

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this Leon’s branch. I ordered a specific appliance (a dual fuel range), but what was delivered to me was a completely different product (a full gas range). This wasn’t a minor mistake—it was a fundamental mismatch of what I clearly requested and what I received.
At the time of purchase, there was no display model available, and I trusted the salesperson to place the correct order on my behalf. Unfortunately, that trust was completely misplaced. The wrong product was delivered on February 26, and due to a housewarming event, I couldn’t immediately verify every specification.
As soon as I realized the issue on March 4, I contacted the store. Since then, I have been following up for over 45 days with no proper resolution because they always said they are discussing and all the involved people knows the issue because even they know its their mistake. Instead of taking accountability, they are now hiding behind a 48-hour reporting policy. They claim that issues must be reported within 48 hours if the product is damaged or not working—but this situation is neither. This is a clear case of product mismatch caused by their own ordering mistake, and they had initially taken responsibility for placing the correct order.
What I asked them to book and what was actually delivered are completely different products. This is not something a customer can reasonably detect immediately, especially when relying on the salesperson’s assurance and when no display model was available.
The most disappointing part is the lack of ownership, urgency, and customer support. I have been given repeated delays, unclear responses, and no concrete resolution despite continuous follow-ups. This has caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and financial inconvenience.
To make matters worse, after keeping me waiting for weeks with repeated follow-ups and no resolution, the store manager ultimately said that this is “not their problem.” This level of response after such a long delay is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of basic customer responsibility.
A company should stand behind its sales process and correct its own mistakes instead of shifting the blame onto the customer. Based on my experience ***** I STRONGLY CAUTION OTHERS TO DOUBLE-CHECK EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND NOT RELY ON VERBAL ASSURANCES ***** Because they never going to say that mistake is on their end and only thing they do is to blame customer. Now i have to deal with something i don’t like for my new home. I will hate this store forever for wasting my money and time on something that I don’t like and their irresponsible nature. Consider other options too before purchasing from this store.
