  Bought a sofa from 2022 from Leon's for $2000 with "warranty". Two months in stichings started coming apart. Leon sent a tech over to restitch. Few months later same issue. Leons said out of stitching "warranty" window and referred us to a tech who wanted to charge over $50 for stitching. Four years later the spring is starting to poke out from the seat. Called Leons, they said to call Zucora. Zucora immediately denied because I didn't report the issue within the two weeks time frame. After back and forth they "granted" me a pity complimentary a home visit by a tech. After all that they called me just to slap a "I already told you so" phone call saying it's normal wear and tear with the foam completely flat that metal wires from my seat is poking out. But the structure is fine. So despite spending over $250 for their so called "Extended warranty " I got nothing from it. Meanwhile, my 20 year old sofa chair is still comfortable and safe to sit on with no metal wire poking at us.

  Shopping for furniture can be tedious driving around to endless stores and searching online websites. Leon's had the best selection for the specific thing I was looking for. I was deciding between 4 bedroom sets. Not all large furniture stores have that many options. Another store was disappointing with their back in time car sales approach and a leering manager who gave incorrect information (location & name rhymes with narrow). Thanks to Prateek Mehrotra for being practical, honest and easy to deal with. I'd return to and recommend Leon's.

  Sumit helped my partner and I set up our order for our brand new Jessica sofa. He was very kind and helpful and informed us about sales upcoming for some other items we need in our home - we will be back and we appreciated that info from him. The delivery guys who dropped off around 12:30 on 8/25/26 were amazing. I wish I had got their names to properly compliment them on here. They moved very quickly but with much care. It took a while to fit the couch through our doorway but they did not rush and they got it in. They were very kind to install the legs onto the couch without being asked. This was the first time I’ve seen any delivery guys do this (Structube and other places will not do it) so that was really nice and I was very grateful. Overall what a wonderful experience. Excellent service from show room to delivery and best of all, we love our new couch.

  12 days ago we ordered a dishwasher with installation. We called / messaged the sales rep (Prateek) repeatedly. No response. My wife went to have the order cancelled. Store manager comes over to approve the refund, he does not acknowledge her at all / no apology. Very rude and unprofessional. We buy lots of items at the Orillia location for our cottage, night and day. I don't know how a company the size of Leons allows such people to hold management roles.

  I went into this location just to window shop for my apartment and ended up purchasing an entire bed set, TV & decor from Jessie. She was very patient, courteous, and helpful from beginning to end. She answered all my questions and was a great help through the entire process. Her service was 10/10, highly recommend!
