  I gave 5 stars so that my review would stay at the top and everyone could see it. We're in our second month and our order is still not completed. All the branches called and said they didn't have anything in stock. After the sale, nobody even looks at you. Stay away from this brand. We've been waiting for two months.

  I recently purchased a mattress and a mattress topper from Leon's during a Boxing Day sale. Due to a sizing mix-up, I ended up with the wrong size topper (queen instead of full). I came to the store within a couple of days to exchange it and the item was completely UNOPENED, still in its original packaging and roll - and was told that no returns or exchanges are allowed unless there is a defect. Well I understand that mattress hygiene policies exist, but this item was never opened. Refusing an exchange on a sealed, untouched product is a frustrating and inflexible policy that does not reflect good customer service. I am now stuck with a topper I cannot use and cannot sell. I do love the mattress itself, but I cannot in good conscience give more than 2 stars when a simple, reasonable exchange request was flatly denied. Leon's, please reconsider your return policy for sealed, unused items. Customers make mistakes, and a little flexibility goes a long way.

  Jessie was very helpful! She made our experience pleasant and easy. She listened to our needs and our taste and was able to find pieces that went together for our new living/dining room. She also showed us other pieces that we had not considered and we actually ended up going with her suggestion for a dining room set. 10/10 experience . Will for sure buy from Leon's again and deal with Jessie!
