  Very disappointed with the customer service at JYSK. We recently went to return an umbrella that had an issue, and after inspecting it, the manager initially agreed that the return should be processed and even mentioned to his other colleague very slowly that a similar situation had happened before. However, another employee then stepped in and suddenly decided they would not honour the return. Despite explaining what happened and providing all the details, our concerns were dismissed, and no effort was made to find a reasonable solution. The lack of consistency between staff members and the unwillingness to stand behind the product left us frustrated and disappointed. Customer service should be about listening to customers and treating situations fairly. Unfortunately, that was not our experience at this location. And I will never shop from here again!

  We were in the store on a promotional sale day & but not expecting much in the form of customer service.we found people helping around but the surprise of the day was this nice ladY MARGARET.what we were looking for was not on the floor but she went to the back of the store warehousing, got all our items loaded in a cart .she even checked for us what items were acceptable for the special promotion.she waited for us to check out and loaded the car for us too, as my husband and me were both seniors.hats off Margaret ,what an exceptional customer service done with a broad smile and laughter.You made our day.god bless.

  Hi - I'm reaching out publicly after an extremely disappointing experience. I purchased a set of 4 chairs that appear to be defective. Last night, one snapped while my wife was seated at dinner, causing her a back injury. I visited the Heartland Town Centre location today seeking a resolution, but was met with poor customer service. The store manager declined to speak with me directly and staff were unwilling to assist, we were handed a blank piece of paper and told our information would be forwarded to head office. This is a serious product safety issue involving a personal injury. I expect urgent follow-up from your team. Please have someone from your customer care team contact me directly.

  My uncle visited your store today between 6-6:30 pm and encountered a disgraceful situation. He saw a Scandi Grey mattress priced at $296.98 and approached a salesman named Nilish. After checking stock on two computers, Nilish absurdly directed him to the Brampton location. Upon arrival, we were met with the outrageous claim that the price was merely a display, despite Nilish’s assurance. We were forced to argue with Varundeep, who, although she managed to calm us down, failed to address the issue effectively. She called the Mavis store, and Nilish’s behaviour on the call was nothing short of appalling—rude, abrupt, and utterly disrespectful. His dishonest conduct misled us into making an unnecessary trip. Fortunately, Varundeep at the Brampton location offered us the correct sale price and apologized for Nilish’s unacceptable behaviour. This experience was so infuriating that we will never return to that location, and Nilish deserves a zero-star rating for his appalling sales tactics.
