  Visited the Dyson Canada Service Centre on July 7, 2026, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. As it was my first visit, I wasn’t expecting the repair process to be this smooth. Maryam was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. She made everything simple and stress free. A completely hassle free experience. Excellent customer service.   Maryam was so helpful in addressing the issues I was having with my Dyson air straight. It wasn’t turning on when plugged in and she helped me confirm the problem and replaced it right away. It was easier than expected I just wish the location was closer to downtown

  I had a great experience with Dyson service. Maryam was incredibly professional, patient, and kind. She took the time to explain what was wrong with my machine in a way that was easy to understand. She made the whole process smooth, and I was very happy with the final outcome. Dyson products are expensive, but their after-sales service is absolutely worth it.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at the service centre, thanks to Maryam. My Dyson Airwrap i.d. Straight stopped working due to a motor issue while it was still under warranty. Although the Straight version was out of stock, Maryam went above and beyond to make sure I wasn’t inconvenienced. She replaced it with a brand-new Curly version and even let me keep all of my original Straight attachments, ensuring I had everything I needed. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to find the best possible solution truly exceeded my expectations. She made the entire warranty process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across customer service like this, and I sincerely appreciate the care and effort she put into helping me. Thank you, Maryam, for your outstanding support.
