We went this afternoon to BlindsTo Go because a piece of our blind had broken and needed to be replaced. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile. We met Shreni, explained our situation, and she took the time to listen carefully.
Instead of trying to sell us a new blind, Shreni offered practical solutions that were not only more effective but also less expensive. It’s rare to experience that level of honesty and genuine customer care. Many places would have seen it as an opportunity to make a sale, but not Shreni.
Blinds To Go is fortunate to have someone like her on their team. She is knowledgeable, honest, and truly focused on helping customers. We left feeling that our needs came first—not the sale. Outstanding service, and an experience we truly appreciate.

Excellent experience at Blinds to Go. We opted for installation and glad we did. Professional and quick. Only small issue is wait time - production time (3+ weeks) and getting an installation appointment. I felt like installation should be available as soon as the items were ready. Small issue though. Would purchase again.

Ordered shutters and had them installed, there were pins missing. The installer said he would order them and be back in a week, that did not happen. I had to call the store to inquire - the parts were never ordered. Store orders parts says it will call me when said parts arrive - they did not. I had to call the store AGAIN to get the parts ordered. Finally the day arrives and guess what? The installer can't find the parts! I call the store, they ask me to call them back later - really? I have to call you again??? Just hope there are no missing parts in your order, follow up is a nightmare!
Update since store - response - zero follow up, zero "making it right", empty words to look good on the internet. Do not call me Blinds no Go!
We bought a blind set last couple of weeks and got it today. So far, the experience was good until I found a defect on a pc of blind.
We went to this shop for an exchange, one South Asian senior women approached us, we showed her that pc's issue, she said this faced inside, not affected the outlook, looks like doesn't want to exchange, then we showed another side that got damaged.
She had no excuse and went into the warehouse to find a replacement.
She brought another new piece for us. We said thank you and left.
This South Asian senior women had never said one word for apology to us regarding the defect. Even, gave us a really BAD look when we said thank you at the end.
I gave two stars just because two South Asian males (1 is manager) were nice to serve us and one South Asian young woman, her name is Mahwish was patient and professional and respectful when handled our inquiries.
Anyway, I won't recommend this Blinds to Go to my friends and relatives. Wasted my time to go there for exchange and got that terrible face to return. Not appreciate and didn't care about our business. So disappointed..
