  Quality assurance as well as customer service is lacking. Blinds came on installation day with multiple parts missing. It has been over five weeks since the initial installation and despite multiple follow-ups (that we have had to initiate), the parts are still outstanding. Subsequent attempts at installation have been confirmed by Blinds to Go and later cancelled last-minute.

  The process was very informative and professional. There was a large selection to choose from and the sales people were very helpful in the decision process.The installer, Adrian was very professional and respectful of the premises while installing. We were kept up to date on the process, with the time slot on time. And the blinds snd shutters look great.

  I was very pleased with the help I received from Suhkman at Blinds to go. She had good suggestions about my blinds needs and I appreciated her professionalism and kindness. The qualify the blinds here and warranty on the mechanisms is also part of the reason that we have kept returning to Blinds to Go for many years.

  While a decent organization, prices are not that great even when considering their periodic 25% off sales. A life time warranty has limited true value unless you purchase a motorized or more complex blinds/shades. Thankfully there are many competitors to choose from offering great service, and competitive pricing.
