Recently got new blinds for the front window to manage the afternoon sun. Installer did a great job and was very quick.
Turnaround from purchase to install was less than expected which was great.

It’s been an excellent experience dealing with Blinds to Go. They have a great system so you know within a small window when they will come to measure and install. Installation of three blinds took literally just a few minutes.

We ordered Zebra Blinds starting from the Mississauga Dundas St. Location. Ms. Kaur handled our in home consultation and sale. She was diligent and professional in following up on everything. Measurement and installation by Mark seemed quick and accurate. Everything was straight forward. The timeline was short. We are very pleased with the result.

Krishna was extremely helpful with her knowledge and understanding of what I wanted from my blinds! I’m very pleased with my purchase and would not hesitate to use them again.
Btw - this is the second time I’ve used their services….highly recommend!!

First off 3 star is not based on my experience in store, which was great.
I got my blinds home and installed. That's where the issues started. The caps on the end would not stay in place, the metal gear kept falling out. It wasn't until I was cleaning up and going to throw out the box, when I saw the lock washer that holds the metal gear on the plastic cap. (Good thing I saw that before throwing the box out)
I know the saying "you get what you pay for" but i would expect better build quality from a company whose main product is blinds.
Some of the slats, at this point just drop to the floor and will not stay clipped in the holder.
Lastly, the 5" return on the valance, is an inch too long and would not allow me to clip the front valance on the rail. I did call this in to get a shorter side return.
