  If you truly care about people's belongings, then how come 3 days in a row your alarms are blasting at night and not a soul comes to check on the facility. The slowest criminals on earth would still succeed here. Why even have motion detector alarms if no one cares to respond to them...?

  Hello, there, it is been 4 days in the row that your warehouse alarm has been acting up none stop between 9pm until God knows when it stops, its seems no officers going on site or even security to check. It's pretty annoying these couple of days hearing this annoying alarm going on and off. Our neighbours are keeping tired of this issue not being fixed. Please fix this problem because everyone deserves a good and quiet night. It appears that the only way this message gets through is from Google reviews, calls it doesn't work apparently. Thank you. Read your reply. I don't think you understood what I meant. Your A-L-A-R-M has been actively every night, what part of the message here you didn't understand? So something is going on. As your security needs to step up and check why is acting every night. It's 4 nights now, don't you think something is wrong? And what I've been writing as your reply, it seems Chatgpt that responded..... I'll take this review out when I see that your " security personnel" has done his job. Thank you .. 10:03pm / Thursday /14 /26 Your alarm system again is activated. So basically the whole week again hum that's suspicious don't you think? Please for the love of God fix this issue it's annoying..

  Christopher the manager was incredibly empathetic to me and completely understood the stress of my personal situation; he provided the exemplary service, knowledge, and affirmation needed to bring me to a state of calm. He treated me not just as a customer, but as a human being going through something challenging and time-sensitive, which was incredibly appreciated by me. He stayed late to help me formalize the rental and assured me he could help despite my concerns about taking his time. He made sure that everything was covered in great detail so that I would be prepared for what comes next. He has a great life attitude, is deeply professional, and is overall very good at what he does and was a pleasure to meet and engage with. Thank you, Chris!

  Easily accessible, getting in and out is safe and secure. Jamie provided all options and she suggested the best option for us. It was a great experience for myself and my daughters. They were moving apartments in the middle of exam season and access storage made getting their things packed away at a time which was safe and convenient for them. I would 100% recommend them for location, accessibility, but above all, service.
