  Jamie and Christ are awesome and so helpful!!! Very attentive and thorough with instruction. At first we were worried about the heated and no CC but the storages are very clean, cool and very secure with 4 elevators and 4 loading bays with trolleys ready. 24/7 camera surveillance and guards at night. Overall very happy with the experience. Highly recommend!!

  I used Access Storage to store my belongings after moving out of my apartment, and unfortunately ran into some issues locating my storage unit on moving day. It was a stressful situation, but my concerns were handled quickly and professionally. Victor was prompt with addressing my complaint, and the Regional Manager, Brock, reached out to me personally by phone. Brock was courteous, professional, and resolved all of my concerns right away. I really appreciated the excellent communication and commitment to making things right. Five stars for excellent customer service! Thank you, Victor and Brock, for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one.

  Cris was amazing explained everything. Access storage was easy rental with booking and id verification online. Cris went above and behond to show me the facility and explained all rules and payment process to me. Wonderful staff. Clean location.

  Jamie at Access Storage on John Street was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my storage experience. From the day I moved in, when I was completely lost, she took the time to help me and made the process easy and stress-free. Most recently, she was very accommodating while I coordinated my move-out date and went above and beyond to help me avoid unnecessary charges during my move. Excellent customer service, friendly staff, and a great experience overall. Thank you, Jamie!

  I had an excellent experience with Access Storage at the 37 John Street location in Mississauga. The entire team was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the rental process. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the experience smooth and stress-free. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, which gave me complete confidence in storing my belongings there.
