- CCCnit89Apr 24, 20261.0Called to see if they had a product in stock. Was told they did. Went to pick it up and again asked if it was the specific dimensions i needed. Was told yes. When i went to have it loaded, it was not the correct size. Was told they could order it in, it would be a week. Waited a week and no delivery. Was told to wait another week. Another week later still no delivery. Pretty ridiculous, what a waste of time.

It's a pretty good building supply shop and they have all the basics for all parts of house construction including several in store displays for special orders. They don't have multiple suppliers of the same item (eg only 1 steel roof supplier) but if you're not too picky you can get what you need. The service level varies and what used to free (eg delivery and unload) is now charged so I feel nickle and dimed these days. Some staff are good and some are grumpy especially to cottagers vs full timers. Too bad since the cottagers spend the most money there. Anyway, I will continue to shop there and I would suggest you try to find what you need, as there alternatives are not much better and may be much further away.

Search using a keyword, product's name, Rona’s article number, and brand or manufacturer’s model number. You can also browse the department to shop Rona’s large selection of items.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Do you deliver and from what amount of purchase?
Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
