Was told to come back to sign a waiver to opt out of insurance within 4 weeks as it was included till then . Went back Monday April 6/26 in person to sign waiver to decline insurance. Was told '. "TO LATE AS POliCY CHANGED TODAY" $20.00 automatic for other coverage? Watch find print, Definitely will be moving out.What a joke & Rip OFF! NEVER USE ACCESS STORAGE AGAIN!!

I was using my unit during the winter and was happy with the snow removal. I would definitely use Access Storage again if I need it!
