  Dillon and Chris delivered our final piece of our sectional couch and they were so friendly, efficient and helpful with attaching the pieces together. They did a great job and were so happy with our purchase and the delivery process. Thanks!

  I was extremely happy with my interactions with Jinal. My interaction started a few weeks ago when I began looking to buy a new bed set. Despite the fact that I was indecisive and not ready to purchase a bed set that same day, Jinal took the time to listen and show me a variety of mattresses and platform beds as well as explain the benefits of each. She made a few suggestions and invited me to return once I was more certain of what I wanted. I went back a week later, Sept. 2 and finalized my purchase. I would strongly recommend shopping here and if possible work with Jinal. Her patience, listening skills and suggestions were greatly appreciated.

  A little upset with the fact I was I formed my fridge would be delivered with the dishwasher on 2 seperate calls and then told it was a custom order and would be delayed by 6 weeks. The delivery team for the disg Asher were amazing, polite and efficient

  We spent over $15,000 on furniture at The Brick, including our dining table set and chairs, and the furniture is only roughly 2 years old. At the time of purchase, the sales manager offered us a complimentary extended warranty and specifically told us that wear and tear would be covered. We relied on what we were told. Because they assured us that we would be well protected by the extended warranty, we accepted it instead of asking for a further discount on our $15,000+ purchase. Now that we actually need to use the warranty, suddenly everything is being called “wear and tear” and declined. This makes the promises made to us at the time of purchase feel completely meaningless. All of our dining chairs has only been used for normal everyday sitting, and after just two years, the spring is already broken. We did not misuse or abuse the chair. If simply sitting on a dining chair normally for two years causes the spring to break, I consider that a quality issue, not something a customer should be expected to accept as normal wear and tear. I should not have to spend more money replacing furniture after such a short period of time, especially after spending over $15,000 and being assured that we had warranty protection. We also spoke with Billy, the warranty manager, and unfortunately he was no help at all. Instead of trying to find a solution, it felt like the only response was that it wasn’t covered. I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the furniture and the way the warranty has been handled and presented to us. Our family was assured that the furniture purchased would last for daily use and the extended warranty would relive us of unnecessary expense in the future. If we had been told upfront that a broken spring after only two years of normal use would not be covered, we never would have accepted the complimentary warranty in place of negotiating a better discount. Customers should be able to rely on what they are told when making such a large purchase. After this experience, I have completely lost confidence in The Brick’s warranty and after-sales customer service.

  WARNING: Don’t buy a mattress with the Brick! Although the customer rep at this store knew her sales pitch, the actual deliverable was terrible! They hire foreign workers who barely speak English and were very rude by refusing to pickup the old mattress (to which we paid extra to Brick to dispose of). Wore regular running shoes (not safety shoes nor boot covers) and tracked a lot of dirt into the house. In addition, staff damaged the hardwood floors as they aggressively assembled / dropped the materials to assemble the bed’s frame and mattress. I was going to purchase another mattress from them but given this horrible experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
