Update: Third time is the charm!
Finally. They sent their best delivery guys to deliver the refrigerator!!!! As soon as the first guy walked in, I knew they had finally sent the right team. They were so cheerful, professional, and polite. They reassured us right away that they would get the refrigerator up the flight of stairs and told us not to worry — and they did exactly that!
They carefully brought it upstairs, set everything up properly, and handled everything with such confidence and care. We were so relieved and grateful to finally have a team that clearly knew what they were doing. Thank you so much!!!

This was the worst furniture shopping experience I’ve ever had. I will never shop at The Brick again!
I purchased a refrigerator and had to downsize the first time because the delivery men couldn't make it upstairs. We cleared out our refrigerators twice and prepared for delivery, only to be told on the delivery day that they couldn’t complete it as promised.
From the beginning, I made it very clear that I live in a townhouse and that the kitchen is upstairs. We were told they needed 3 delivery men, which is completely understandable — but why schedule a delivery on a day when you don’t even have the staff required to do the job? Why couldn't they have cancelled the delivery in the morning so we didnt have to go through the hassle?!!!
This whole experience was disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of our time. Honestly, avoid shopping here.

I visited BRICK after visiting other appliance stores and loved the experience. The sales representative Jinal Jain did an incredible job with assisting me in purchasing my dishwasher. We saw her two to three times for the purchase of our dishwasher and during each meet she took the time to explain the functions and brands of dishwasher. She listened to our needs, understood our budget and guided us to the best dishwasher that met our criteria. Her professionalism and willingness to work made mine and my parents experience incredible. I would definitely recommend visiting the BRICK due to their collection , but also to work with Jinal for your purchases. She even informed of us various deals and promotions and encouraged us to visit during those times too, to allow us to stay within our budget. Her guidance and support was amazing! Bought Haden accent chairs from The Brick… our sales lady Tula was excellent…. She was great to talk to n treated us like family…we were quite indecisive n went back to do the deal as they were closing but she still accommodated us…. Just got the chairs delivered right now!…. delivery arrived earlier than listed and the delivery guys were excellent n a great chat…. They promptly did their work and most importantly removed their shoes before coming in to place the chairs where I wanted!…. They were cheerful n made me feel at ease throughout the delivery…. It seemed like they were just as excited about the delivery as I was!… quite refreshing to see!

Bought an LG wash tower and also the service to disconnect my old laundry unit. On the day the wash tower was delivered, was told the disconnect was incomplete - the duct and hoses were still attached. Had to call delivery department and a guy named Adam was incredibly helpful and finally got a follow-up appointment to install everything. He even called to ensure everything went well, kudos!
Guys like Adam who is professional and responsible, is the only reason I would do business again with the Brick.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
