  I had an amazing experience at my Markham Blinds To Go store! I bought all my shades from that store 12 yrs ago! The strings for one of my big shades snapped. I didn’t know what to do.Over the phone, Khaleeq helped guide me through the steps for how to take them down, and options if I couldn’t do it myself. I followed the steps and I brought the shades to the store. I was advised they were repairable and the mechanism is warrantied “for life”! What an amazing deal! Khaleeq provided me with temp shades to put on my windows while my shades are being repaired. In the meantime, Ayden helped pull out my original order and shade details from the system from 12 yrs ago! Thank you for such an amazing customer service experience, transforming an otherwise stressful situation to a more of a peace of mind one, knowing you also stand behind your products for life 😊
