  This is the second time I visited Access Markham, everything is smooth and quick, we arrive very late to the office, we finish registration in 15 mins and confirm the rental. Give the special thanks to Neethu, she’s offering the best user experience, friendly, patient and quick!

  Based on my friend's experience, I cannot recommend this storage facility. My friend stored valuable construction tools here that he had spent years purchasing. Due to a family emergency, he had to leave Canada for a period of time and fell behind on payments. However, he remained in contact with management and later paid the full outstanding balance. When he returned and opened his unit, most of his expensive tools were gone. He asked management for answers and requested security footage, but was told that it could only be shown to the police. To this day, he still does not know what happened to his belongings. He is a construction worker, a husband, and a father. Those tools were not luxury items—they were his livelihood. The loss has had a devastating impact on him and his family. I hope management takes this matter seriously and conducts a thorough investigation. Please be cautious and make sure you know exactly what is happening with your belongings if you choose to store them here. ★☆☆☆☆
