The young man that offered to help couldn't do much more than just point to where stuff was. He just stood at the desk in the back on his phone until suddenly the lights were turned off on us. No warning or heads up. We needed to grab some wood for our project too but were denied that. I understand closing time is listed on the front of the store, but when we're in the middle of the plumbing department making decisions for our project we would have appreciated a heads up that the store was closing soon instead of absrubtly having the lights turned off. Guess we'll be taking the rest of our business for our project elsewhere.
- MCMichael CoteJul 17, 20261.0Bought an ego tractor at this store last year. Dropped in to buy a bagger and they said they don’t carry it. I asked if they could order and for some reason they repeated they don’t carry it. I will call ego head office as I am sure they will be surprised given that Rona is the distributor for ego products. I have had problems at this store in the past and although I want to support manotick business, they need to improve.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Do you deliver and from what amount of purchase?
Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. We also offer truck delivery for items that are not eligible for parcel delivery, such as appliances and patio sets. This service is available in most of our stores at the cost of $79. Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
