- SBSusan Brennan2 days ago5.0I have had great experiences at Rona Manotick! First it’s great that they open at 7. When I have a project I want an early start so this is great. I want to recognize Heather and Gabe. Heather is the indoor associate and after a few visits she’s like an old friend. She remembers my projects and asks how things are going. She’s always super helpful to get me what I need. Gabe works outside and is also so helpful. I got so many bags of mulch and dirt and he was just happy to help each time. I think the prices are good and it’s nice to shop local.

When their online inventory was incorrect, and the product I was trying to purchase was not available, a staff member got approval from the owner to sell me the upgraded version of the product with a price match.
- DDDave Van DusenJun 9, 20265.0Just a swift note to say how pleased I was with the recent exemplary service I received by the Owner/Operator of Rona Manotick, Ryan Austin. I approached Ryan with an issue I had returning an expensive piece of equipment I purchased from Rona On-Line. Ryan took it upon himeslf to correct my issue and went above and beyond in rectifyting the situation. Although fairly young, Ryan possessed some 'old school' management thinking whereby 'Customer Satisfaction' takes priority and Ryan really delivered!! This superb customer delight mantra is also very prevalent with Ryan's staff. They're super friendly, knowledgable and also go out of their way to ensure your visit is a positive experience everytime. Thank you RONA Manotick and we'll see you soon!

Went to exchange, but was explained the policy is final sale but was never told this at time of purchase nor was it stamped on the receipt. Now have to go through the manufacturer in hopes they can help.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Do you deliver and from what amount of purchase?
Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. We also offer truck delivery for items that are not eligible for parcel delivery, such as appliances and patio sets. This service is available in most of our stores at the cost of $79. Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. You will need to bring your "Ready for Pick-up" email with you as proof of purchase. This notice includes a copy of your consumer agreement. You should keep it in your records for future reference.
When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
Most of the products you can purchase online are available within 2 hours of placing your order. You can check the final processing time for your order at the top of your shopping cart page. If one of the items on the order is available within 7 to 10 days, it will take us 7 to 10 days to get it ready for pick-up or delivery.
