Very helpfull staff , there was a item not on the shelf but 49 in stock , and the guys grouped together and found the parts in 15 min starring at the top of 1/2 of the stores isles looking for overstock numbers , that is amazing teamwork on the staffs part .👏👏

Walk in, no carts anywhere. Ask employee and they say "they must be all outside". Go look at lumber, nothing but twisted and banged up. Grab tape measure and self checkout. Receipt machine busted. Asked if employee can print for me. "Yeah I just have to help a bunch of other people".
No more. Home Depot just down the road.

I was really disappointed with the London south Rona. It was my first time dealing with them, so I don't know if this is typical there or it was just a clusterduck of an order but... yeah, my experience was anything buy good.
It began with placing a web order on April 21, 2026, 5:01 pm for 3 garden statues (one of 'MICKEY' mouse, one of 'MINNIE' miuse and one of a 'UNICORN' dabbing). Both the order and the payment process went through with no problems - and I settled in to wait for delivery.
April 22nd • I received 1/3 statues UNICORN.
April 23rd • I received 2/3 statues MINNIE. I also received an email stating my order is delayed. I assumed this was mu 3rd statue MICKEY.
April 28th • I received 3/3 statues MICKEY. This statue arrives packaged differently than the other two (which were snugly tucked i boxes with paper fo ensure no movemenr]. This parcel, however, was wrapped twice around with bubble wrap, and shoved in a bubble-envelope foe some reason. I don't know what idiot thought to package a hefty ceramic statue in a bubbled document envelope but they're an idiot - just statting the obvious.
So I take photographic evidence and contact Rona to arrange a replacement being issued and sent to me, but apparently it doesn't work like that. Not only does Rona want the broken one back as proof, but they want me to go there and bring it to them. I'm told in-person is the only way they will be able to process a refund and than order a replacement.
The nearest Rona is 40 minutes away. One way. I set aside the entire afternoon tomorrow to deal with this... and I do. Tomorrow comes, its now April 29th, and I arrive at Rona, with the broken into 4 parts statue. Its clear right off the bat I'm dealing with someone not familiar with this particular position/job so I make an effort to swallow down my frustration and be level headed. The refund eventually goes through after a quick call to his manager. However, when I'm about to re-order, I see that its going to cost me around $13 more than my refund was. It turns out I'm being made to pay shipping now because purchasing just MICKEY isn't enough to earn free shipping. I know this is wrong. I should still obtain my free shipping status because its.Ronas fault Im even having to prder again in the 1st place. They hired the shipping company. They packaged my order for shipment. I already earned that free shipping the 1st time around by spending a small fortune and Rona screwed it up. Why am I expected to pay for Ronas mistake/laziness/stpidity? No. Its Ronas responsibility to 'replace' damaged products if possible - yall aren't out of MICKEY statues cuz I can order one just fine (you're just out in the store). Your own terms posted on your own website and your own chat bot say damaged orders are 100% covered and replaced.... making me pay shipping because the replacement cost doesnt qualify for the free shipping the original did is NOT 100%.
Im bummed. I got my 1st house, and summers coming... theres a lot I had plans for - and now I don't trust Rona.... and more importantly I don't like em... they didn't deal honestly with me - and that speaks volumes to me.

placed an online order late at night using a weekend deal and scheduled pickup for the next morning. Everything was ready on time and up to date, which made the pickup process quick and easy.
Moreover, the customer service staff, Arjun, made the entire pickup experience much easier and even went out to help load heavy items into my vehicle, which made a big difference.
Overall, RONA South London looks well organized to browse items and offers a reliable , hassle-free shopping experience and I would definitely shop here again.

Do RONA+ charge deposit for the truck/van rental?
A deposit of $500 for all rentals will be charged before we rent the van to a valid credit card. After inspection deposit will be refunded less the rental fee when customer return the van/truck.

We accept all major credit cards.
Please note that cash, checks, gift cards, money orders, or prepaid visa cards are NOT accepted as payment for vehicle rentals. Store associates do not receive discounts on truck rentals and are charged the same rental fee as the customer.
