  Sangeeta was amazing and quite literally restored my faith in the furniture industry! Not only did she remember us from a month and a half prior to our visit but she also helped us feel comfortable in our options and choices. The delivery guys were quick efficient and left me feeling confident about the set up. They took all packaging away and put everything together for us. Thank you Leon's and thank you Sangeeta for helping us in setting up our new home!!! *****

  ⭐ Very disappointing experience with Leon’s. My family has been buying from Leon’s since 2005, so after all those years, you’d think loyalty would mean something. My parents are seniors and longtime customers, yet when the leather on their sofa started tearing from what appears to be excessive tension and thin material, Leon’s refused to refund it and even cancelled the technician inspection they originally offered. So much for all the talk about “being there for you” and valuing loyal customers. After nearly 20 years of supporting this company, this is how we’re treated. Avoid this store. I’ll be telling everyone I know about our experience so they can make an informed decision before buying from Leon’s. I’m still willing to update this review if Leon’s reconsiders and someone actually steps up to help us find a fair resolution. This wasn’t free or a small purchase—my senior parents worked hard for their money, and it’s not reasonable to expect them to simply “let it go” when they’re left paying for furniture that is tearing under normal use. It’s a significant amount of money to them, and right now, they’re the ones left out of pocket.

  We had a great experience working with Zabi Schemkhel at Leon’s. He was very helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, helped us choose the right furniture, and made everything much easier for us. We really appreciate his excellent customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommended if you’re looking for someone knowledgeable and helpful!

  I have bought every piece of furniture and appliance that I have ever owned from this store. Even though the warranty didn't cover my old leather couches because I missed the deadline by a few months, I dealt with the ripped seams and saved up for a few years and now I just bought 2 more leather couches from Leon's again. This time it looks like they are all leather instead of between the seams being vinyl which I feel was a defect from the manufacturer. The sales guy Robert was great! The delivery guys were so professional, adorable and cordial. Always happy with the service from this store!

  We had such an amazing experience shopping at Leon’s Furniture, and we especially want to recognize Laura for going above and beyond! Laura was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. She was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us find what we were looking for. She made the entire experience feel comfortable and enjoyable, and her level of customer service truly stood out. It’s not every day you come across someone who puts so much care and effort into making sure their customers are happy. We are so grateful for all of her help and would absolutely recommend working with Laura! We’d also like to give a huge thank-you to the technicians, Harry and Pat. They were so courteous, and did a wonderful job touching up our crib. We really appreciated the care and attention they put into their work. Overall, we had an excellent experience with the Leon’s team. Laura, Harry, and Pat were all fantastic, and their outstanding customer service made a real difference. Thank you all so much for making our experience such a positive one! ⭐️⭐️⭐️
