  Love the tracking app. I’m at work and can check in on delivery estimate. I don’t need to sit at home waiting. I can quickly head home and take delivery and resume work. This is great value for me. Thanks

  Today after a few days of sorting, organizing, feeling a bit uneasy, being unsettled, laboring to resolve some concerns / discomforts and obtain a position of satisfaction / resolve - I am at such a place of peace which feels priceless. I arrived at this place and position all attributed to Gabby as well is her representing Manager at this remarkable London location. Gabby has been exceptional with her communication relation skills, humble nature, respectful demeanor, ability to attend to details, ability to extend such understanding - regard - compassion - consideration and and willingness to labor effortlessly to make everything right in order to maximize the experience we as customers were having. Gabby was very diligent in working with her Manager / office to ensure we obtain such peace of mind which is priceless. Any and every capacity of unsettled feelings / frustration was utterly demolished when Gabby reached out to me to advise of a above and beyond action that was provisioned so it superceded all else and we were on our way to moving forward smoothly with absolute resolve in every aspect. Words alone cannot describe our appreciation for Gabby with her team and all their time, diligence, consideration, efforts, labors, extension, compassion, regard, respect, value, honoring manner of handling us with utter care and exceeding us expectations to the core. We genuinely believe Gabby is a marvelous honorable representative to Leon's and should honestly be used to be the template example of exemplary - outstanding - consistent reputable service which will leave customers coming back for a long-term healthy relationship. Hopefully Gabby can be used to retrain other customer service representatives. We are immensely grateful to have been privileged to encounter Leon's London location and we look forward to our future business dealings.

  It’s my first time getting married and fully furnishing a house. I really want to thank Leons and more specifically ZABI the salesman for helping me achieve my goal. Not only did he help achieve my goal. Zabi helped me achieve this goal in such a mindful manner. He was charismatic. He was helpful and he wasn’t too pushy, truly an amazing salesman. I look forward to doing more business with Leons thanks again, Zabi.

  I was given a 4 hour window of time to wait. They were here within the first hour of that time. They were fast. They took the old one out and had the new one in in no time flat. I didn't pay for him up because it was OUTRAGEOUSLY priced for someone to do that.

  App for texting delivery is excellent! It provides accuracy to within 30s of the truck showing up! Fantastic and really eliminates the need for the delivery window. Both gentlemen that delivered the furniture were a pleasure to deal with. Very friendly and professional.
