  We are extremely unhappy with our blinds. We specifically asked that the blinds extend to pass the window opening to avoid light coming through the sides. And since the blinds were incorrectly measured for wall mounting the installer could not put up the middle blind. I will be contacting customer service today this is unacceptable!

  ***Not recommended*** I contracted this company in July 2025 for shutter installation and paid in full. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing and remains unresolved months later. The original shutter installed in August arrived damaged. A replacement was later brought in October, however it was still incorrect because the middle post was the wrong size. As a result, the installation was left incomplete and has still not been properly finished to date. Note that all measurements were taken by the company. The shutter blades do not close properly, and cold air enters through the gap where the missing post should be, affecting the comfort of my living room during colder months. I have made several attempts to resolve this directly through emails and phone calls. Despite assurances that the matter would be escalated, I have not received any l follow-up or resolution. No value for my money, no empathy, poor communication and customer service. I did not receive response any of my emails asking for an update. I called to follow up, no call backs or feedback till date. It is unbelievable.

  Amany was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She clearly knows what she is doing and took the time to explain all the details and options available to us. She answered all our questions. We never felt pressured and really appreciated her expertise and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

  My experience with the team was great. Elaina was professional and attentive to my questions, order was done early, and Jason who did the install was friendly, punctual and his work was impeccable. Highly recommend!!
