  My experience at access storage was amazing the two ladies at the front desk were very helpful, and explained everything I needed to know.. great people and great customer service. Again thank you for making everything so easy and understanding!

  It was a hot Saturday, when I came in from Toronto. I had previously secured a storage unit, in preparation for the move. I thought it was large enough to fit my contents, so I was not worried. After a long day helping and battling with the movers (they were from Toronto also), and navigating the 401 traffic from Toronto to London, I arrived right before the office closed, roughly 4pm. Rebecca and Paul were tending to the office, and I am so grateful that they were. I have had pleasant experiences with all employees, at Access (White Oaks), but if it wasn’t for them, I would have been stuck and it would have amplified my stress level. I needed another locker, and I did not want to go to another location. Rebecca made sure that I was able to secure another unit, 2 units down from my original one. She maneuvered and did everything possible to make this happen for me, which considerably eased my stress. She noticed that I was nervous, as any move is. She stayed after hours to ensure that I was ok, and her and Paul kept my movers on the straight and narrow. Rebecca went above and beyond, and when she says “I got u,” she means it! If it wasn’t for Rebecca and Paul, I would have definitely had a melt down, as my movers were not very helpful. I would never use another Storage facility, because of the experience I had with Rebecca. Also with Paul. My movers did not listen to me, but they surely listened to him. Thank You Rebecca!!!!! You are amazing in every way. Thank You so much Paul.

  Big shout to the team at White Oaks location. I started corresponding 2 months ago and was reassured then to now that I would not have to worry about finding space to securely store my rig. Thanks for the assistance Hayley and Rochelle. It was seemless, thanks for the reassurance.

  The people inside are great and have a sense of humor! They asked for ID so I sent photos of myself with said ID while holding a beer, they only gave me grief about not having time to do the same lmao. Great experience and it's gonna continue till I don't require storage! Be well and have fun!
