  Heather went above and beyond the call of duty just to ensure we got everything we needed on a very stressful moving day. When everything fell apart and traffic was a mess she took the extra time we needed to get things done. Not many folks in this day and age would have that kind of pride in the company they work for or have the customer service level she does. A1 service!

  Whoever the guy is at front desk was absolutely horrible! He told me over the phone to come and take a look at the units before purchasing, then would show us a unit, I would ask for the price and we would walk down to his desk and he would only give me the price for the 8 week promo when I kept asking for information on the 4 week promo. Then would tell me the unit we looked it is a sample unit not the one we’d be purchasing. I also kept asking about other unit sizes and he kept insisting on the 5 x 15 for the 8 week promo. I had to tell him multiple times I wanted information on the 5 x 10 and 4 week promo. Kept talking around in circles, walking us back and forth from units to his desk, again to only say those are sample units. Would tell me units are running out fast and then said there’s plenty of units for us to make a decision and come back the next day. Horrible customer service! I went to a different storage unit and got amazing customer service and exactly what I asked for. Do better.

  I needed a storage unit as I am in a transitional stage. My new apartment isn't quite ready, but I wanted to be able to have the small stuff moved ahead of time. The assistant manager Paul was fantastic. I was booked for a 5x5 storage unit, but when we realized how small it was, he offered a 5x10 unit indoors and it was the perfect size to fit all my stuff. I would definitely recommend. The customer satisfaction was 100%.

  Paul is amazing, he gets you in and out quickly and explained everything thoroughly. I have dealt with him on more than one occasion and he always helps me get what I need as efficiently as possible. Would recommend this location anytime
