Called Access for information and between the original booking and the actual sign up process on site, I was very pleased with the whole process. The staff cant seem to do enough for you, between giving you all the information you need and the guidance for your storage solution. The only issue i have had so far is the actual size of the unit I rented did not measure up to the selling size. Not a deal breaker for me, but maybe do a walk thru before signing up. Overall I haven't dealt with a company this pleasurable in a long time. Highly recommended.
