  Access Storage at 777 Highway 18 has been a hassle free, easy going, and reliable experience. I've rented a couple of units for 3 years and the service has been phenomenal. Mindy the store manager is very personable, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. She has provided me advice and laughs throughout my time renting out the storage units while ensuring me that my contents are safe and in good hands.

  I would like to express my disappointment regarding the customer service I received at Access Storage on Highway 18 last week. I visited the location to inquire about renting a storage unit while my home is undergoing renovations. I spoke with a woman named Mindy, who I believe is the manager, to obtain a quote and ask a few questions about the available units. Unfortunately, I found her attitude to be very unprofessional. From the moment I approached her, she made me feel as though I was bothering her rather than assisting a potential customer. Her tone and manner were dismissive, and I left feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. As someone looking to entrust a company with storing my belongings during a stressful time, I expected courteous and helpful service. Customer service plays a significant role in deciding where to do business, and this interaction has made me reconsider using this access storage location.
