So disappointing!!! Our first visit to The Brick was great which is why we decided to buy the rest of our furniture here. However Vlad is a sales person who for some reason does not seem to think the customer should have any opinion on what they like. His opinion is all that matters. What I found most infuriating and disrespectful was when we were discussing our delivery date. I was saying what day worked for us and Vlad just kept talking over me trying to silence me. I’m not sure what year The Brick has trained their employees in but in 2026 women can have an opinion and can speak without being spoken to first. Only when my husband stepped in and told him that was unacceptable did he stop and listen to what was being said. This has made what was suppose to be an exciting and memorable time in our life to one I look back at with anger and frustration.

We had a great experience with Brayden at The Brick in Waterloo. He was so kind, helpful, and patient while we were shopping for a patio sectional—with two young kids in tow, which isn’t always easy! He made the process smooth and efficient without being pushy at all. Truly appreciated his approach and would definitely go back to him again.

We recently purchased furniture from 125 boardwalk,Kitchener, the brick location , We recently purchased furniture from The Brick. While the initial in-store experience was positive, the situation unfortunately declined after delivery.
Some parts of our bed were missing upon arrival. A replacement delivery was arranged, but the incorrect parts were sent. To avoid further confusion, we visited the store in person to clearly explain the issue. However, the store manager’s response was disappointing—there was little accountability, and at times it felt like the responsibility was being shifted onto us.
Our salesperson, Rohit, was helpful during the purchase process, but once the issue arose, he only shared a customer care email and did not follow up or assist further.
The manager initially agreed to visit our home to verify the missing parts and assured us of a Sunday delivery. Unfortunately, this was later canceled due to a “personal emergency,” and we were asked to pick up the parts ourselves instead.
Overall, this resulted in nearly three weeks of unnecessary delay and inconvenience.
After weeks, we finally received a call from the operations manager, and we were told that $150 compensation would be sent to us for the inconvenience. However, we only received $28, which was quite disappointing and confusing. It’s not just about the money, but this added to the frustration and felt like very poor handling of the situation.
A company’s service is reflected in how issues are handled after a sale, and in this case, the lack of follow-up, accountability, and clear communication was very frustrating. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience going forward👎

Delivery people left the box spring for our bed in the hall downstairs instead of bringing it up to the bedroom. They said it would not fit even though we have a box spring the exact same size in a bedroom which went up via those very same stairs. Couch was left in a pile in the middle of the room in boxes and plastic. Last time we ordered from The Brick the delivery people assembled and setup our couch.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
