Very dissatisfied with the level of service that I have received. We have fridge under warranty and out of service for last 5 days. Called store to get a loaner and not getting any firm reply on the timelines. I would not recommend buying any major appliances from this store.

Beware of Brick delivery. I paid more because I am not in my 20s, and I knew I needed professional delivery and installation. I brought pictures of my space. They assured me it would all be installed, except for the gas line. I explained the tight space where the machines are. I accept that and make a plan for gas hook up. They make me pay more for the stacking kit and new hoses as part of the delivery. The machines arrive, and the workers won't install it. It takes over a week to rebook a time, and it is difficult to be available during the day. I am still without laundry. The first guys took photos and sent them to the Brick. The second team come and just leave the washer dryer in my home, not stacked, not in place, and not installed. After all my research, my photos, the Brick's delivery guys sending in their own photos, they wouldn't install or connect the machines. They offer no refund. There is no solution for how I am supposed to ... lift the dryer myself? into place. They also have a rule that I have to say within 48 hours that the machines work. But I can't tell - they aren't installed, and I don't have an easy way to get appliances moved. If I did, I would have save a lot of money and NOT paid for the Brick's professional installation. I was warned about delivery guys leaving things not installed, but I trusted the Brick. I regret that now. This is a big inconvenience, and super frustrating. Happy to change my review if they can resolve the issues.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
