Absolutely amazing experience with The Brick! The shipping was incredibly fast, everything arrived on time, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The item was packaged securely and arrived in perfect condition. I was impressed by how easy it was to track my order and how professional the delivery service was. The Brick really exceeded my expectations with both their customer service and shipping efficiency. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free shopping experience

Very disapointing experience with The Brick Kitchener if I could give it zero stars I would.
We recently picked up a bed frame we purchased and once we got home, discovered that it was missing the headboard legs. We contacted the store immediately, and two days later we still don't have an answer or a solution. We have been told the pieces may be available in a couple of days, or they may need to be ordered from the manufacturer, which could take even longer. In the meantime, we have an unusable bed frame and my daughter has had to make alternate sleeping arrangements because we cannot set up her bed.
The pickup experience itself was also extremely unprofessional. While the employee was loading our truck, he actually stopped in the middle of the process to pick up his Uber Eats order from the parking lot making us wait! Then, after we finally left and drove all the way home, we received a call telling us that we had been given the WRONG bed frame and that we had to drive all the way back to the store. Mistakes happen, but what has been most disappointing is the lack of urgency and customer service in resolving the situation. After all of this, the only compensation we were offered was "preferred pricing" on a future purchase. That is not an appropriate resolution, especially considering that we now have a bedroom without a usable bed and have already had to make an unnecessary second trip because of the store's mistake.
At this point, we still don't have a solution for the missing pieces.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and based on how this situation has been handled, we will not be purchasing from The Brick again. I sincerely hope corporate reviews this situation and considers how customers are being treated when something goes wrong.

We have a long history with The Brick store here, and every purchase was excellent, Jag our sales rep was always helpful whenever we visited and whenever we needed to buy something specific. I'd say we get the best value and the right product for our needs. The latest washer/dryer purchase we made included free installation and haul away and the Brick drivers, Mike and Jamal were very careful removing and setting up the heavy machines in our home, they did an excellent job. I would recommend buying from The Brick with no worries at all.
Update: August 5th
The delivery team came today and brought my furniture right into the space and set it up for me. They were very careful and attentive making sure not to damage my walls/doors/floors. As a renter in a brand new build everything is already literally “brand new” so they made sure to take care of the space they moved through.
Still 10/10 very happy with the brick team. Waiting for 1 piece of the couch that was not in stock yet, but very impressed otherwise!
Original Review:
Cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from Nav at the Brick in Kitchener.
After a first attempt at furnishing my living room where I purchased a couch and storage ottoman from a different furniture seller (Leon’s) and having them show up with a damaged sofa, and be unwilling to work with me on an exchange on similar priced different product I took my refund and got the hell out of there.
In search of another option I came to The Brick as it was a convenient quick stop on my travels through the city. I met Nav who walked me through multiple options to fit my monetary needs, as well as taking into account my physical size (I’m tall as hell), and the space the furniture would be going into we finally settled on a couple options and discussed the payment and financing possibilities. Nav was instrumental in helping me sort things out, even going out of his way to make sure that I was extended the pricing of a VIP sales event that was not happening until later on the next week, and he sent me away with all the info that I needed to compare value at multiple other furniture locations which lead me back to the Brick a week later. I was lucky enough to come back on a day Nav was working and we built out my order, paid up, and left feeling very happy with the decision I made to shop and spend my money at The Brick. Great job Nav! I will be back to get those end tables, and lamps from you soon!!
Our experience with The Brick has been incredibly disappointing, and after four months of being ignored, we feel we have no choice but to share it publicly in hopes that someone will finally take accountability.
Four months ago, we purchased approximately $7,400 worth of furniture from The Brick. Our salesperson, Nav, didn't assist us in selecting our furniture but finalized the sale.
During the payment process, I specifically asked about the 10% healthcare worker discount that my colleagues at Grand River Hospital had told me was available at the King Street location. Instead of checking or confirming, Nav acted as though it was an unusual request, told me there was no such discount, and proceeded to complete the sale.
The very next day, I spoke with several colleagues at work, who immediately confirmed that the discount absolutely exists. They even showed me the information and encouraged me to contact the store because I had been given incorrect information.
That was four months ago.
Since then, we have been repeatedly ignored, transferred from person to person, hung up on, and given excuse after excuse. Rather than taking responsibility for providing inaccurate information, it has felt like every effort has been made to avoid correcting the mistake.
The final response we received was especially disappointing. We were told, "Honestly, we already gave you a really good deal." In other words, because the furniture was already on sale, they implied we shouldn't also receive the healthcare discount that is part of an existing agreement between The Brick and Grand River Hospital.
That response completely misses the point. This isn't about being "greedy" or trying to stack discounts. It's about honoring a legitimate discount that we specifically asked about before making our purchase. Had we been given accurate information, this issue would never have existed.
We work hard for our money, and as healthcare workers, we expect honesty and integrity when making a purchase of this size. Instead, we've spent four months chasing a resolution that should have taken one phone call.
The amount of time, frustration, and lack of customer service we've experienced has been unacceptable. We are deeply disappointed in how this has been handled and hope someone in management will finally take ownership of the situation and do what should have been done from the beginning
