  I was happy with delivery drivers and my couch, as well as the sales team. But my couch came missing the screws so the legs could not be put on, which really sucks as I've waited a month for this couch so waiting for the hardware on top of that, wasn't expected

  Worst customer Service. Served by a Lady Rep August 14th evening. We told her we haven’t made a decision to buy yet, we took pictures of the ones we like and we will come back and she didn’t even listen and turned away. Very disappointing experience.

  Delivery was quick and easy with excellent communication from delivery team. I ordered a freezer online with Estimated delivery date of July 23rd. Turns out that was false. Received my product on August 8th. I went with Leons as they had the best ETA online, maybe thats the tactic as it was special order and no way to cancel lure people in with the promise of quick deliveries that arent accurate. I've had a similar experience in the past here, promises promises but cant keep them. Product great, delivery great, customer service not really great. Called to inquire, person I spoke to said that was weird told me they'd look into it and get back to me, didnt hear from anyone until 2 weeks later to inform of delivery date. Honestly may be the last purchase from Leon's.

  My kids were here a few days ago looking for furniture for their rooms, but instead.. they got accused of being up to no good and was followed by one of the workers around the store. The worker also falsely stated that they needed an adult to be present with them in the store which is completely incorrect, and, the worker also said that they didn’t look like they were at the store to buy anything which is completely unacceptable behaviour and I will not tolerate this terrible “customer service”

  My mom sent me to look for furniture for my room. I went with my friends (all of us are teenagers) but the moment I entered, a worker came up to me asking what I was doing here. I told her i was just browsing and she let me be, but then I see the same worker staring at me across the store and her whispering to other workers. While walking around almost every worker was looking at me and my friends. One of the workers would just follow us literally 2 steps behind me. Mind you I was in the store for even 20 minutes, wasn’t loud or touching any merchandise!! Later they told me they had a policy that kids are not allowed to be in a Leon’s without a parent. So they basically kicked us out. I was frustrated and searched on google and that isn’t even a policy!!! This was a really bad experience and I hope no one else feels the same way I did.
