  Very happy with the Natura coffee and end tables. The live edge really makes it stand out. The Jessica sofa, loveseat and chair goes perfect in my living room. Leon's service and delivery was exceptional. The 2 gentleman who came to do the delivery were polite, respectful and knew exactly what they were doing. They handled the furniture with care and took great caution at how they were moving the furniture into the house. These guys are professionals. They even unwrapped everything and took away the packaging material. A++ service from the Leon's team, thank you.

  Everything throughout our experience was excellent. The sales person, the lady at the customer service desk, the delivery setup people, delivery setup app and the 2 guys that delivered our purchase. Right from beginning to end everything and everyone was fantastic. Thank you to the entire Leon'' team

  I’ll give your fellows at 10 out of 10 very friendly showed up on time in and out in a flash just like before the house very impressed. Also, at the time I bought the mattress I bought the little vacuum cleaner that’s just working fine for our little fifth wheel trailer.

  I purchased a mattress & bedframe from them. It took 3 deliveries to get my products correct. First it came broken, then they sent the wrong part, finally it was delivered correctly. This took 6 weeks. I was offered $100 giftcard as compensation. Already super low because I took 3 half days off work to have this delivered. Now that delivery is done, they're not answering & saying they have no record of offering me any compensation. Unacceptable and will never recommend.

  I purchased a modular couch from Leon’s in November of 2025. The couch had a total of 5 pieces, 3 of which started tearing at the seams very shortly after receiving the couch. It took quite some time but Leon’s finally replaced the 3 out of 5 pieces. However, now the 2 remaining pieces do not match the 3 pieces of my couch that were replaced, it looks ridiculous for such an expensive couch! I reached out to Leon’s, they will not replace the two remaining pieces because it’s “wear and tear” and 8 months has passed. 8 months really is not that long especially considering it took me going back and forth for several months to have the 3 with a defect replaced. Perhaps if they took to this matter in a timely fashion the pieces wouldn’t look so different. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend buying a modular sectional from Leon’s. My couch I purchased and will have for a long time now looks different and is honestly an eye sore. I also wouldn’t bother purchasing the zurcora warranty, I purchased it and I’ve been waiting over a week for just a call back to have my new pieces treated, I’ve called and emailed with no response. I initially got a hold of someone over a week ago and was told I’d have a call back within a week, which has not happened and now it’s impossible to get through to their line or email. After being a valued customer of Leon’s for 14 years I will be going to a different furniture store.
