  We had a great experience with all the staff. Ken helped us find a mattress that was perfect and Georgia helped us find the perfect couch/chair and ottoman. The front staff were also really helpful. The delivery we had for our mattress was flawless and delivery people were great. We have a couch being delivered soon and I’m sure we will have the same good experience.

  FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD We bought the mattress 4 months ago in January from Leon furniture. The leon truck came with the mattress and while backing into our driveway the leon truck hits our garden retaining wall, which is recently built in September 2025. We called the and file the complaint along with the photos for proof. We called the concern manager too many times to follow up for over damage but Manager Mike always ignores us. Finally one day he called to told us to provide the videos. We told him that we already submitted the screenshot at the time of filing complaint but he insisted on to provide the videos. They have unexperience two young drivers . Now the manager Mike is ignoring us and didn't apologize for their mistakes. Bricks are scattered in our front but leon furniture don't care. Now we are planning to go to legal steps and want to file a case against the leon furniture.

  The salesman in store at the Fairway location assured me that the couches I bought would be installed by the drivers when they delivered. He also assured that they would be installed in the orientation I ordered it in store. On the day of delivery, the drivers multiple times said no they will not install it. That “Leon’s say that to everyone.” It took a few tries and I said I would making some calls, and they finally installed it for me. They asked me how do I want it, I said I can’t remember how it was in store, the salesman said it would be on file.. ON TOP OF THAT, the driver was making me feel VERY uncomfortable by complimenting my name, and hitting on me. It was borderline harassment. If this is how Leon’s service is, I will no longer buy from there nor recommend their services to anyone.

  Me and my wife went to Leon's Kitchener to buy a bed and mattress. We knew exactly what we wanted. The sales associate didn't try to pressure us into buying something we weren't interested in. The whole process from purchasing to delivery was incredibly easy. No stress.Exactly how it should be

  It was our first experience at Leon’s, and from the moment we walked in until we walked out, everything was amazing. We purchased an LG dishwasher, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Salesman Amir was outstanding — very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He guided us honestly and made everything very transparent throughout the purchase and delivery process. We truly appreciated his excellent customer service and would definitely recommend both Amir and Leon’s to others.
