  Just want to give a huge thank you to Ognjan! I went into Blinds To Go regarding a broken part for California Shutters that were installed at our daughters home approx 7 years ago. The shutter style had unfortunately been discontinued, but Ognjan offered to send an email to the manufacturer to determine if the broken part could still be sourced. I was appreciative of that and left, but within 5 minutes of leaving I got a phone call, as Ognjan had found the exact part that was needed. It was an item that they had as an extra from a floor model from another store, attained when a previous customer had the same issue with this discontinued product. They had sourced a couple sets of the part from that floor model that was still displayed at the other store before they removed the discontinued model on display. Blinds To Go Kitchener had obviously done all that they could for the previous customer as well! We are absolutely thrilled as the slat has now been reinstalled, and the shutters look like new again. Oganjan obviously cared and rather than just sending an email to the manufacturer he continued to think about my request and was successful in solving our issue immediately. Unbelievable! What were the chances of that? Oganjan, thank you so much for your diligence. Many of the blinds in our home are currently from this Blinds To Go location, and we will absolutely refer them to friends and family, and use them again for future needs.

  Went in with broken clips for the trim cover that covers the top of the blind. The employees grabbed some from the back and gave them to me! Super friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. Just great people!

  Loving my new shutters that were installed by Matthew from Blinds to Go - Kitchener! Matthew did an awesome job installing them on four different windows in our home. He was efficient, skilled and cleaned up all the boxes and mess after. What more can you ask for?! We are a repeat customer who had other shutters installed by Blinds to Go - Kitchener a couple years ago. We’re always impressed with the service there. That’s why we keep coming back! Thank you!

  I've ordered blinds from this store before and they were perfect. Unfortunately not with the blinds we just received. There was no end caps on the weights, and the space where the weight sits is a good half inch too big so the seam is visible. They don't look as elegant as previous blinds we've purchased. Unfortunately the store is not concerned that we are not 100% happy with the end result and have not offered to redo them.
