Excellent customer service by all staff including Alisha, on Saturday, September 26th. We went in to upgrade our storage unit from 5x8 to 10x10. They provided all the options, explained the choices and price category. Showed us in person all units. Great Work!! Keep it up.

Bab and David at Rockway are a dream team. My wife and I had several units with them over the years as our storage needs grew and shrank. They were very supportive every step of the way, and consistently provided great service. As we were moving out of Kitchener, we ran into an issue accessing one of our units (our fault). They went above and beyond to help us out. The fact they will bend over backwards to help customers who are literally on their way out tells you all you need to know about how these two run Rockway!

I had an excellent experience with Cady at Access Storage on Overland Drive. I went into the office to upgrade to a larger unit and ended up arriving only about 5 minutes before closing, which I realize wasn’t the best timing for something that would take a little while to sort out. Despite that Cady was incredibly kind and helpful. She never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her. She took care of everything needed to make the process go smoothly and got us into the new unit right away, conveniently located just across from our old one. She was also genuinely pleasant to talk to and kept me good company while getting everything sorted out. I also really appreciated how kind and caring she is with animals. Really great customer service and a genuinely nice experience. Thank you Cady for going out of your way to make everything so easy, especially at the end of your day!
