- SLStacey Larocque5 days ago5.0It was refreshing to have a user experience that was flawless from start to finish! Easy to book. Easy to pay. Customer service answered the phone - answered - a real person speaking clearly! I wanted a larger unit and close to the door so I felt my university daughter was safe - Access accommodated. Great price. Great experience.
- PSPaul SoladoyeSep 22, 20265.0I had a good experience with Access Storage on Highland Road. The facility was clean, easy to access, and the staff were helpful whenever I needed support. One of the biggest advantages of this location is the pricing. Because it’s a little farther from central Kitchener, I found the rates more affordable compared with some of the storage facilities closer to the city centre. The facility is fairly large, with units spread across three levels: basement, ground floor, and second floor. So it’s worth keeping that in mind when choosing a unit. Overall, a clean, accessible, and reasonably priced storage option. I had a positive experience during my time here.

- SMSebastian Meadows-HelmerSep 15, 20265.0Clean and bright storage. The drive-in access for cars and trucks is a big bonus in rainy weather… you’re right beside the elevators. Maylen the manager is fantastic! Easy process to begin and end rental. They have some Costco discounts as well. Location is good for West side KW. Smooth storage experience!
- DDDiyaSep 5, 20265.0I loved this place such easy instructions super affordable and neat. This was the easiest process and I do recommend for more people to use them. The employees are so helpful one employee sent a video to me explaining instructions her name was Aleeha! When I was done with the unit my process was made super smooth by Maylen! I think! They were amazing loved it! If I do move again will definitely come back!
