  I’ve used this storage facility for over a year, and I’ve had a great experience. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and easy to work with. During a difficult time in my life, they were accommodating and helped make things much less stressful. Thank you for your excellent service, your flexibility, and for treating me with kindness and respect. I truly appreciate everything you’ve done. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your facility to anyone looking for a safe and reliable place for storage.

  I just got to the Storage just a couple days ago and I was attacked by a man three times. I brought it to the office attention and they just ignored it and basically laughed at me. I feel so humiliated and not feeling safe to go back.

  Joseph and his team do a great job at the Access Storage facility at Ottawa Street. Everything they promised was the truth. The facility has raised and ground level access. Really a good spot to store things. Very happy customer!
