This company is the biggest Scam on the storage market. You over charge and then you cut locks without notice or a specified date of when it will be done. Then you tell the customer to buy another lock, and manipulate your customer by asking if they are the person in charge of the unit right after you collect a credit card payment over the phone. Whoever this "Manager" is, needs to be properly trained and this issue has now been escalated to Head Office. I strongly recommend Uhaul, Apple Storage, or Public Storage in the Region of Waterloo

When I needed to get my storage space I was working with a wonderful person Nicole who helped me so much. She could tell I was overwhelmed and did her best to keep things as easy for me as she could. I so appreciate her and this company for this. A big thank you

Recently inquired about a storage locker here and was met with the most amazing facility manager, Nicole! Within a few minutes of my initial general inquiry she had already left a voicemail inviting me to schedule a tour of the facility. Once that was booked, I showed up, was offered some water while we talked units and proceeded to be chaperoned around the facilities in a golf cart as we checked out a few units. Upon the completion of our tour I was able to get all of the paper worked signed and wrapped up in about ~10 minutes, securing myself a commitment free storage unit for the winter. While I haven't moved my stuff in yet, I can tell that this will be great experience due to Nicole and her staff's focus on customer satisfaction and service. Seriously, I've met less-customer centric managers at Four Seasons owned hotels, Nicole is top notch and clearly enjoys her job!
