- JHJanki Hariyani5 days ago5.0We recently purchased all the appliances for our new home from The Brick Kingston, including our fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer, and dryer, and had a great experience throughout the process. Not only did we get an excellent deal, but the financing and extended warranty options offered were also extremely helpful and made the purchase much more manageable. The store has a wide range of appliances on display, and there are even more options available online, which gave us plenty of choices to find what best suited our needs. A special thank you to Sheela Dabra for assisting us through the entire process. She took the time to help us choose appliances that would work best for our home and needs. We especially appreciated her honesty regarding delivery timelines and logistics, she never made false promises, but genuinely tried her best to make everything work in our favour. Thanks to her efforts, all our appliances arrived when we needed them. The delivery team was also excellent. They installed the fridge, washer, and dryer on the same day of delivery, which made moving into our new home much easier. The Brick also arranged for a certified dishwasher installer, and the installation was completed within 4 days. Additionally, when we discovered there was an issue with the dryer vent, they sent their team the very next day and got everything sorted out promptly. Sheela was also always available to answer our questions over the phone, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate all her help and would highly recommend The Brick Kingston, especially if you get the chance to work with Sheela!

He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right mattress instead of just making a sale. He made the whole experience easy, stress free, smooth, and enjoyable. We really appreciated his honesty and great customer service. Highly recommend asking for Tim if you’re shopping for a mattress!

It was 2nd of month when I bought and I heard 10th for delivery and said 10th would be fine. Salesperson should have then made sure I understood 10th of next month not same month. Delivery was great, tracking to see progress. Staff were professional and quick. Taking care to not damage product or walls/doors.
- PMPraveen MathewMay 10, 20261.0We ordered two big couches, three bar stools, a dining table with four chairs, one bench, and one recliner. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The first salesperson messed up our order. When we went back to the store to confirm the delivery date, we found out that half of the items would not be delivered before the function we had planned at our house. The staff said the previous salesperson had left the company and blamed everything on him.The manager then promised to fix the problem and assigned us a second salesperson. We sat together and corrected the entire order. We finally received the delivery the next day, but when I opened the boxes, half of the items were wrong again. I immediately called the store and informed them about the issue. They said they would call me back within minutes, but nobody called. The next day, I called again, and they asked me to send photos of the furniture. I sent the photos and waited for their reply, but once again, there was no response. After following up again, they told me they currently had no stock available and could not do anything. There was no apology or proper customer service at all. We still need to buy more furniture, but we will never go back to this store again. Very disappointing experience. I’m sorry to say this, but they are cheating people.

Absolutely. If you find the same brand and model currently advertised at a lower price by The Brick or a competitor within 30 days of pick up or delivery, then we'll refund you the difference. Some conditions apply. Check the Price Guarantee page on our website for full details.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
