First picture is what we ordered, second is what we discovered after towing it home, hauling inside and unpacking it! Called the store and was told manager busy and will call you back, still waiting... Quality of sofa it very good, happy about that. Problem is; it's in our small cottage and is much larger than what we ordered, doesn't have pull out sleeper or extra storage. After all the trouble getting it here, we're not going to take it back ourselves, no way!

I was very happy with the delivery the two guys that came were very friendly and very lovely to deal with only problem was Putting the sofa together. The two arm ends wouldn’t go on right had to take the pieces that slide into each other apart a little annoying

Went in on Saturday to purchase a new bed, did not end up purchasing anything. My husband recently passed away and I was overwhelmed. The sales associate who helped me was somewhat helpful and trying to stay in my price range. I had asked if the delivery drivers would set up the bed and was told she didn’t know. In the end I ended up having an anxiety attack and had to step outside. So I asked my stepmom to go in and find out if the delivery drivers would set up the bed. She was told “the bed is easy to set up, so no they won’t.” This made my decision easy, I went elsewhere. Not everyone has the same skill set. Also as a new widow I really did not want the stress of trying to figure out how to build a bed on top of everything else I am dealing with right now. I’ve bought several items previously from the brick in Kingston and never had this experience but my husband was there with me. I recommend going to Leon’s if you need compassion and help.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
