    Fantastic customer service reps at this particular location. I placed a web order for a bbq and a cover and was emailed by the system that it was available for store pick up. Turns out only the cover was “ready” but not the bbq. Rather than turn me away, the customer service reps checked the back and were able to get a unit to fulfill the web order to save me another trip to the store. Then, they helped lift and load it into my car. Really amazing, helpful staff that made a real difference in my day. Thank you!

    What is the point of ordering online? Every time I show up for pick up I am waiting 15 or 20 minutes for someone to grab it from the back. Get an online order section/lockers like Home Depot. Terrible waste of my time! 🤬

    OOPS 🤗 RONA PRINCESS ST.,, DID IT AGAIN! Another TOTALLY AMAZING PURCHASE EXPERIENCE! Walked into purchase a new riding lawnmower this am. Theresa, in seasonal, was extremely helpful, and pulled everything together for us, from discount, to purchase, to delivery. The mgr on duty Robin, also went above and beyond. Arranged for assistance with help from young lads, Cam and Archie, and Norman assisted as well,,with use of ramps, to load on our truck. Was all secured, and I just asked if Cam and Archie, could come home with us ( with the ramps) to assist us seniors to unload. Without hesitation, Robin said YES, as long as the 2 young lads were willing. They were. We felt so grateful, and we're overwhelmed with the service RONA, PRINCESS st. provided! ❣️❣️❣️ HUGE THANKYOU, to each of them. Theresa, Robin, Cam, Archie, Norman and Ben.( Ben on call Thursday night to ensure in stock) .

    Was in to find Simpson Branded EZ Post Base. Two employees were chatting at the moulding desk, one decided to help when asked, and took me to the post section - took one look at the pic I had and said that this location didn't carry them because the picture showed a Brampton location, despite me telling him that his online inventory, for this exact store, showed they had exactly seven of these pieces. He was argumentative and dismissive and left without even double checking. I went to the woman who was the lumber cashier, she looked it up and immediately directed to the appropriate aisle, which was nowhere near where this other employee had left me looking for myself.
