    On December 21, 2025, we purchased a sectional from Leon’s Furniture in Kingston and chose to finance the purchase. We were advised at the time of purchase that delivery would take approximately 12 weeks (as noted on our invoice slip). As of May 13, 2026, the sectional has still not been delivered. Over the past several months, we have called multiple times seeking updates, but the information provided has been inconsistent and unsatisfactory. On May 4, 2026, we visited the store and were told there was “good news”: the sectional had arrived at the Toronto distribution centre and would be shipped to the Kingston store on the next truck. The manager indicated we would receive a delivery-date call on Monday, May 11, 2026. No call was received. Later that day, when we called for an update, we were told again—consistent with what we had been hearing for months—that “it will be another week.” This ongoing lack of communication and repeated delays have been extremely frustrating and disappointing. We expected clear, reliable updates—especially given the financing agreement and the length of time we have already waited. We hope Leon’s Furniture in Kingston will improve its communication with customers and take steps to ensure no other customer has a similar experience.

    Excellent service for the purchase of a mattress both in store and through delivery. Communication from the team was excellent. Delivery was fast and on time. Bill & John are wonderful, hard working humans who go above and beyond and made sure we were all set up to enjoy our new mattress!

    I’m honestly really frustrated with the way Leon’s Furniture handled our situation—after we raised a serious concern about bedbugs, we expected some level of urgency or support, but instead we were met with employees who seemed completely uninterested in helping us. It felt like we were being brushed off rather than taken seriously, even though this is a major issue that affects our home and health. We kept asking for guidance or a solution, but no one followed up properly or gave us clear answers, which made the whole experience even more stressful. For a company that’s supposed to stand behind its products and customer service, the lack of care and accountability from the staff was really disappointing. Also we even asked them to throw them out for us and they declined when the bedbugs came from the bed frames that they gave us.

    Purchased a couch and recliner Nov 15th last year. Sales person said it would be 8 weeks for delivery. Invoice said 12-14 weeks delivery. Never received the product. My wife and I have called them a dozen times each, managers never returned a phone call. Drove to the store for our refund and they wouldn't help process any return..at all! . Staff at the Kingston store will not return any calls. Leons Kingston/Brockville is TAKING the customers money and not fulfilling orders or processing returns. Are both stores going under and can't return $? This is theft!!!! ALREADY spoken to their Head Office, who have no idea what to do. SHOP ELSEWHERE!!! They WILL SCAM YOU!

    Our experience with Leon’s Kingston has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. We purchased six dining room chairs and were told delivery would take 4–6 weeks. At the time, staff assured us we were “in luck” because the chairs had already been ordered and would likely arrive sooner. That representation turned out to be completely inaccurate. After waiting the full timeframe with no update, we made repeated calls and were consistently told the chairs would arrive “next week.” Weeks turned into months with no delivery, no accountability, and no clear communication. We ultimately had no choice but to cancel the order—and are still waiting, two weeks later, for our refund to be processed. Out of frustration, we ordered the exact same chairs from Leon’s Trenton. Despite also requiring an order, they arrived in under a week. The contrast in service was stark—efficient, honest, and reliable. Unfortunately, the issues with Leon’s Kingston did not end there. We also purchased a couch and loveseat at the same time. While the loveseat was correct, the couch was delivered in the wrong colour. We were told this would be corrected within 1–2 weeks, yet once again, that timeline has come and gone with no resolution. This experience has been defined by repeated delays, misleading timelines, and a complete lack of follow-through. At no point did we feel like this location was taking responsibility for their errors or respecting our time as customers. We will not be returning to this location and would strongly caution others before making a purchase here.
