  Avoid Avoid Avoid. IF they are not letting you walk out of the store you will never get it. They will not call you to give you updates if there are delays they hope they just get to steal your money by never actually giving you anything. Sales people are horrible liars and stop helping sending you into call center hell

  Awful. Promised my furniture would be in before 12 weeks. After 14 weeks I had to go in person to get my money back. Even though they breached the contract they wouldn't refund me. I had to get a return from my CC company

  BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ! NO SALES PRESURE FROM THE REP, VERY HELPFUL U LIKE THE OTHER STORE I VISITED. DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND THE GUYS THAT DELIVERED WERE GREAT.

  What started out as a frustrating experience all turned out well. we got our furniture delivered and it’s a beautiful set. Thanks to Marie and Jamie and of course the delivery crew who put the sectional together for us. Kudos to Kingston store. Next up our new television. Excited for that to come.

  I would give less but can't. Careful to the elderly bought a washer and it doesn't work was told to call the company who's name is on it. I can't work it and was told that's not their problem. Won't ever go back again. Also smashed the washer to bits with a sledge hammer. Now to find a proper place to buy what I want
