  The staff at the Kanata location are exceptional! I was greeted warmly and Mellisa went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and show me many options of different kinds of shades and blinds to fit my budget and the right colour, style and practical use of each decision (privacy, room darkening, etc). She is very knowledgeable and patient. I took advantage of their BOGO sale and saved $300 on my order. PLUS I am getting measured the next day and install (2 weeks following) at a convenient to me! Communication was good! Everything was as expected for install. Canadian company, trusted by Canadians for 70 years, which says it all!! Highly recommend

  Na came with the swatches after we had talked on the phone as to what I was looking for. We nailed the blind fabric and colour quickly. I recommend Blinds to Go for anyone who wants a seamless and easy decision method for choosing window coverings.
