We never validated the door code to make sure I could get access and when I showed up on Saturday to start loading my storage unit, I could not get access. It took about 10 minutes For the on-site manager to make their way to the Dore entrance to validate that my code was not working, so he let me in and then came back later with a temporary code. I’m guessing this could’ve been avoided if I had been allowed to try the Dore access code before leaving on Friday but hindsight is 2020.
