- KTKish Tuchto1 day ago4.0Great experience. Easy registration. Happy with storage unit. Wish it was just a bit cleaner when we got it. There was sticky blue goop on the floor in one corner. Price is very reasonable

From the moment we arrived, she was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. Prabhjeet took the time to thoroughly understand our specific requirements and patiently walked us through every available option. She clearly explained the features, sizes, and pricing of each unit, offered thoughtful recommendations tailored to our needs, and guided us toward the solution that best matched our situation. Her suggestions were practical and well-informed, making the decision process straightforward and stress-free. What stood out most was her genuine willingness to help and her attention to detail. It is rare to encounter such a high level of personalized service, and Prabhjeet’s professionalism and expertise made a significant positive difference in our experience. I would highly recommend both Prabhjeet Kaur and the Access Storage Caledon location to anyone seeking reliable, customer-oriented storage solutions.
- ASArshdeep SinghSep 23, 20265.0Used storage here first time. Prabhjit served very well and professionally. The price was very good and lower than any other storage in GTA area. Would love to use this location again in future.
- SDSteve DaviesSep 11, 20265.0I rented space to store my commercial truck for roughly 4 months. I never had any security issues or administration issues throughout. Prabhjeet Kaur in the front office handled my account and did a wonderful job in doing so. Make sure you ask for her. I would definitely recommend this location for storage services.
