He took us around as we tried different mattress types and then was extremely patient as we vacillated between two choices (fingers crossed we chose right). Okay fine . Then I may 24 was called to tell me there was a problem at warehouse and my new delivery date would be June 11. Then another call that they were gonna steal one from someone else and make it work Then another call a couple days before stating I could not get the fridge and it was discontinued. With a statement we have a replacement fridge. And if I made the design my 6 they could get on the Monday truck it is alreadyv4 pm and I. At work . It was Not the style I wanted and it would be 400. More . I refused the extra cost right away and the sales person said ill see what I can do and call you back . So returned call saying the best he could do was 200 more and that was below there cost . So I finally agreed with a pending delivery date on June 17. Then I get another call stateside that the distribution center forgot to load it on the truck . But they could do me a same day delivery garenteed for today June 18th . I said if it does not come today I will be canceling my order . So today comes . I empty out my fridge and get everything ready. My husband gets fridge out the door and we get yet another call that the fridge has arrived at the store and the box has some damage so they took a look and the fridge was damaged therefore they could not deliver my fridge. I then go to the store LIVID and demand to speak to the manager I asked him how damaged is it to show me the fridge and he would not . I said I need a fridge today this is the size I am wanting and he promptly said I don't have a fridge that size I can't help today I can get you another one like the damaged toone delivered on Monday June 22 . I said no and he said we'll didn't you come here for a refund anyway. Bullshit service , customer service sucks and that could not provide the item they were selling .. absolute trash . If I could give zero stars I would . Never again brick huntsville Never again . Thank you lions for bought and delivered same day should have just went there first

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
