Told our order had to be built so it could take a month or two. Called back sorry I was wrong it will be delivered in a week. Set delivered 3 weeks after purchase broken. Called to complain, was told they would preorder and would take a week to deliver . I asked to speak to manager she was rude and offered no apology, told us it was reordered and would be delivered in a week. Called on Friday no delivery scheduled, must have been a miss communication, we complained again all of a sudden they had one in Bracebridge Manger said she would contact me again after delivery - nothing
