  We purchased a Sundance Spa in June of 2019. Since then the service and quality of the product has been excellent. Yesterday customer service, exceeded all expectations. This past week, my husband noticed a different noise coming from our hot tub. Upon looking into it further, he noticed water and the motor was running odd. He called Sundance Spas immediately and the young lady on the phone wasn't sure if our motor was under warranty and the earliest they would be able to come would be Friday July 3, 2026. On Tuesday June 30, 2026, we were away from our home. A wonderful service technician called the house and left a message saying he was on his way as his previous job finished earlier. Later that day, he called again, left us a message, stating that he had drained our hot tub and installed a new motor and all under warranty. This is the best customer service we have received with any product we have purchased. Your technician handled our scenario with professionalism and courtesty. Also the young lady that took our call was very thorough with what our problem was and was on our case immediately. We cannot thank the entire team at Sundance Spas enough at the Hamilton Location. We have receommended your store to many people and if the need arises for another spa, we will definitely return to Sundance Spas in Hamilton.

  After owning a couple of different hot tubs/spas for a number of years I did a very detailed search for a new one. I focused on 4 of the top brands. At the end (2 months)there was absolutely no comparison. Sundance Spas makes a superior product. Sundance in Hamilton out preformed other locations Robert Korycki knew his products leagues above all other sales people I talked to and got my business because of his knowledge…not pushy sale pitches (which seems to be part of the Spa business at other places) If you’re buying a spa you need to know the company is going to back their product from sales/delivery and ongoing service. Sundance Hamilton did that. Scott one of the owners took the time to drop by my house before delivery because it was a tricky installation. I needed some after purchase service because of the installation and having the service department connected to the sales location in Hamiltin is a huge bonus re communication. Sarah in service was great. Go into the sale office and talk to Robert. Then go to any other spa sales office and you will immediately understand what I am talking about. 5 stars plus. It’s also just a better product. I waited several months to do the review because I wanted to be sure and I could not be happier with the spa. It was worth the drive to Hamilton. Vince Burlington

  Just did our first dip and extremely happy with our purchase! Rob provided great service in store and shared a wealth of info. The delivery and set up guys were great! All helpful and a extremely satisfied!! Thanks sundance team ! Highly recommend for your purchase!

  We visited Sundance to shop for a replacement hot tub this winter. It was our 6th or 7th hot tub shop of the day and we were totally overwhelmed with the day of shopping and browsing. Upon arrival we met Robert who took the time to walk us through all our options, answer any questions and provided us with the information we needed to make an informed decision. After reviewing all the info from our day of shopping and doing a few days of homework after, we had made our decision and decided to go with the Optima 880. What a refreshing change our shopping experience at Sundance was compared to the other shops that day; Robert was a breath of fresh air in that otherwise chaotic day. Since then we had our hot tub delivered and have used it for a couple months now and are SO happy with our decision! It has been amazing for us and so has Robert who answered any question we had along the way. 11/10 experience and would not hesitate to choose Sundance and Robert over and over again! Thank you!
