  We had a great experience with Sundance Spas Hamilton from start to finish. Robert, Sue, and Scott were fantastic to deal with and took the time to explain everything, answer all of our questions, and show us different options that worked within our budget. There was never any pressure, and we felt confident with our purchase. The Hot Tub School was also a great added touch and made us feel much more comfortable with maintaining and taking care of our new spa. We are extremely happy with the quality of the Sundance spa we purchased—it has exceeded our expectations. The delivery team was also excellent. They were professional, efficient, and made the entire setup process quick and easy. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. I would highly recommend Sundance Spas Hamilton to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub. The customer service, knowledge, and quality have all been outstanding. We will definitely be Sundance customers for life!

  Never owned a pool or hot tub before. Went to Sundance and spoke to Rob asking for help “all things” hot tubs.” Rob looked up the history of my tub, and walked me through setup, water balancing and general maintenance. Left feeling confident and well supported!

  Absolutely amazing service from Matt from Sundance Spas. Our hot tub was not working and we called in an independent repair company. After about 20 minutes we realized he had NO clue how to fix hot tubs. Kicked them out and called sundance. Best experience. Within a minute we knew this guy was an expert. Matt was professional, friendly and VERY knowledgeable. I would only use Sundance from now on!!

  I had an excellent experience with Sundance Spa from start to finish. The whole team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. From choosing the right hot tub to the delivery, installation, and getting everything up and running, they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Even after the installation, their customer service has been outstanding. They were always there to answer my questions and made sure I felt confident using my new hot tub. I visited several places before making my decision, but I'm very glad I chose Sundance Spa. Their quality, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out.
