We had many questions and she provided all of the answers and so much more. Her patience, knowledge and professionalism made our shopping experience very easy and satisfying. Even the warehouse person came out to explain a couple of pointers about the packing of the TV. He was also very helpful & friendly. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and highly recommend this location.

- MDMichelle D'AlimonteAug 2, 20261.0Worst experience! DO NOT ORDER appliances from this location or any Brick for that matter. We had a Dryer delivered today (Aug 2nd) at 1240pm, the delivery guy damaged (broke the dryer leg right off of the dryer) my husband said "you just broke the leg off the dryer" the delivery guy pretended to screw it back in place (he was between the wall and the dryer when doing so) told my husband it was fixed and then left. When my husband went to install it right after, he saw that it was broken right off and bent. We immediately called costumer service who told us that we needed to take pictures and send an email and were told we would get a response in 20-30mins. We called at 130pm. Heard nothing back by 415pm. We called back, was told they are waiting on a response from the shipping department and they must have forgotten because he could see that they got the email. He then said he would talk to a manager and said we would have a response back in one hour. Hour goes by, still no call back. We called again, were told that the manager had left and we won't have a response today. So we are left with a broken dryer. They removed our old dryer so we are left with nothing. With no response or help whatsoever. So we'll see you in store at 9am tomorrow morning Brick and we will not leave without a brand new dryer. Please DO NOT trust this company!!!!!!!!

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
