I would like to sincerely thank everyone at the Hamilton Brick for turning what started as a very disappointing experience into a positive one.
The store manager was outstanding. He took the time to listen to my concerns, showed genuine understanding, and worked with me to find a solution. His professionalism and willingness to help made a huge difference.
I would also like to recognize Addison, who was incredible throughout the process. She was extremely apologetic, understanding, and committed to helping resolve the situation.
Most importantly, I cannot forget Karen. She understood how excited I was about receiving my new couch and how much it meant to me. She went above and beyond to accommodate an exchange and ensure that all the necessary pieces were included. Her effort, compassion, and dedication did not go unnoticed.
Thank you to everyone at The Brick in Hamilton. You completely changed a negative experience into a positive one, and I truly appreciate the care, understanding, and excellent customer service that I received. good lord don't get me started - but a bunch of scam artists who might as well say they work for Flexiti. fhe brick is operates seemingly as a furniture store but in actuality is just here to get you to finance it, hope you miss a payment or dont notice the insurance youve been opted in for! advised my in laws (who this review is for) to never shop the brick again

Osama the sales representative was really helpful, making the purchase smooth. But the packaging team was terrible and ruined the entire experience. We bought a floor model dining table with a few scratches on one side of the countertop. The delivery arrived on time but they forgot to bring the legs of the table, where it arrived later. Whoever packed the legs damaged them by tightening the screws towards the legs edges which creates a deep dents on legs, makes impossible to fix it.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
