    My husband and I went to the Brick to search for furniture for our first home. Tatyana helped us out and went above and beyond! We were so impressed with how knowledgable she was about the products, as well as the warranty options. Tatyana was always happy to see us, and you could tell she was genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect couch and entertainment setup. We are so thankful for her time and assistance, and we will definitely be going back soon to see her for our next furniture purchase! Thank you so much Tatyana!

    I was requested to leave a review by the sales rep Olga, who sold us our fridge. We purchased a fridge in March. We did purchase the warranty. Once set up we realized the ice machine door was damaged, and didn’t function at all. Was a little stressful…reached out to the brick who advised we reach out to LG (even though it was within 24 hours of purchasing). I pushed back and ended up having someone come and check it out and replace the affected door. Unfortunately the door we received seems to be a floor model, as it came with abrasions. I did request a fridge replacement but it was clear they’d offer a door replacement first. I reached out to the sales rep with photos taken within the 48 hours of receiving, with the door abrasion. I was told she would reach out to the man who brought the door replacement but as expected didn’t hear back. I now will go through the warranty process, but feel others who are looking for a fridge or stove etc, the warranty is not what they lead you to believe it is. Ours came damaged, I had to fight, and they only switched part of it (with a floor model part) and i showed photos within the 48 hours of the damage and left on read. Just be cautious of what you sign up for.

    We bought a dining table and 4 chairs, including delivery and assembly. The Brick sent us an email, that we did not read until after the delivery people left. They had our home phone number, so that when they called, if no one answered they would know, that no one was home and they would come back later. We were not home, but the brick did not leave. After a while the dog started barking a person, who had planned on helping someone move, came upstairs and let the brick in. The brick brought the items in, commented that things needed tidying up. The person here agreed, then they left without assembling the items. We arrived home shortly after that and saw that they had assembled nothing. The brick never told the person who was here that they were supposed to assemble the items. Since that person was not supposed to be home we did not tell the person who was home that the brick was supposed to assemble the items. Had the brick delivery people, told the person that they were to assemble the items, that person would have moved the old table out of the way, so the items could be assembled. We called the brick. The Brick REFUSED to come back and assemble the items. The Brick told me they would refund $550.00 it turned out to be $150.00 apparently I heard wrong. It took me 8 days to get everything assembled. The last chair had one leg too long. It took a couple of hours to come up with a solution for that. We are verey angry at the brick for not coming back to assemble the items. We will never buy anything from the brick again!

    Floor model mattresses are supposed to be sold at a deep discount, not at The Brick on Upper James. I purchased a Stearns and Foster (S&F) mattress from The Brick. The sale price was $1999 (regular price $3999). It was too hard so I needed to take advantage of The Brick's sleep satisfaction guarantee. I was shown a compareable S&F mattress, which I loved. It was a discontinued model, the last one, and a floor model, priced at $1999 (regular price $3999) I questioned whether there was an additional discount due to being a floor model, and was told it was priced that way because it was a floor model. It was the same price as the brand new S&F mattress that I had purchased 3 weeks earlier. Since I couldn't get a refund, and there was nothing else suitable, I made the exchange. I now have an "as is" floor model, instead of a brand new one, and it cost me the same. I will never again shop at The Brick. They should not be selling discontinued floor models for the same price as their regular sale priced new mattresses.
