  Purchased washer and dryer stack. Applied for Flexi card Approved in 5 minutes. Salesman " Ankit" was extremely helpful efficient informative no pressure sales. Therefore, I'll purchase more furniture from him. I like things to be efficient with no nonsense or pressure selling tactics. That's why I will buy more products from Leon's.

  Such a wonderful experience with Birgit Cameron at the Hamilton Leon's location. From the moment my mom and I walked in, Birgit was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. After having some very negative experiences with other sales associates at different stores, meeting Birgit was such a refreshing and positive way to end our shopping day. She acknowledged us right away, made sure we knew we could come to her with any questions, and also gave us the time and privacy to look around on our own. When we were ready to speak with her, it genuinely felt like we were talking to a friend we had known for years. Her warm, caring, and positive personality truly stood out. Once I explained what I was looking for and what my goals were, Birgit took the time to understand exactly what I needed and made sure those goals were met. I never felt pressured or rushed, and I truly felt that she cared about helping me find exactly what I was looking for. You don't come across many people who are genuinely kind and compassionate, and Birgit is a wonderful example that there are still truly good people in this world. Because of this amazing experience and Birgit's genuine kindness and exceptional customer service, my family and I will absolutely consider the Hamilton Leon's location for future furniture purchases, and we will definitely be asking to work with Birgit again. It's wonderful to know that we have someone we can trust and feel comfortable turning to for any future purchases. Thank you so much, Birgit, for making what could have been a stressful shopping experience such a positive and memorable one! You are truly appreciated.

  We recently purchased a wash tower from the hamilton mountain location. The purchase experience was fine. From there, the experience was awful. The delivery people took the tower apart to get it into our home, voiced they had no idea how to put it back together and broke the dryer connections in the process. Did not tell us they broke it. Our electrician (doing a reno) attempted to hook up the dryer and it wouldn't work. Replaced the dryer wall plug, still wouldn't work. Called leons and they were of little assistance. After speaking with a manager, they sent a technician out to our home. This technician (furniture repair man we found out after the fact) blamed the master electrician, told me to rewire my entire home, get a new electrical panel and so on. I had to show him where the control panel for the unit was as he was looking at the back ( clearly visible on the front). Proceeded to tell it was fine. Spoke to me, as a woman, in a condescending manner. Blamed my home and finished his visit with, "well, we will deliver a new one and when that doesn't work you can hire an electrician." Went to the store and received the same nonsense from managers and customer service staff. They were rude, took no accountability for breaking the unit and blamed my home and a master electrician. The manager and customer service associate also used the same line, "if it isn't an electrical issue then a new one will work. But when it doesn't, it's your electrical". We refused a new unit due to their ignorance. The crew picking up the item took the front control panel off and handed my husband the broken connection. They also voiced that it was broken when it was taken apart. The connection were just sitting in place. Not physically put in, just sitting or loose in the panel. Which the "technician" a word i use very loosely, would have seen. Absolutely deplorable company. Not one person was kind during the process. No one took any form of accountability. The contractor was at the home when the leons "technician" came to the home. Ensured the electrical permit was already approved and all electrical was fine. Just awful. People work hard for their money and this is how people treat them when an item is broken and by their own hands. Will NEVER shop there again.
