  I was shopping for a recliner today and Marcus was so helpful without being overbearing. Allowed me to browse but was there if I had a question. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. Would definately recommend Marcus at the location!

  We bought this six drawer chest along with the matching dresser and mirror in July of 2024. Just over 1 year later and after the 1 year warranty expired, the front panel fell off. We called the store but they said they would not be able to help us. They suggested we pay to repair it ourselves. Very disappointed and will be avoiding Leons in the future! We spent thousands of dollars buying couches, changing tables, chairs, a table from your store and in the end got zero customer service or loyalty from Leons! 1 Star ⭐

  Gave you 2 stars because instead of solving our problem the manager was so rude and arguing with us, didn't get any kinds of help or even a little sympathy, may be the manager should get some training on customer service

  Went into Leon’s ready to buy both a mattress and a reclining chair. After initially being ignored, I had to approach a salesperson myself. He showed me a few mattresses and chairs, but once I found a recliner I liked and sat down to decide on it, he told me he had other customers to attend to and disappeared. I realized the chair was right, but the sales staff clearly weren’t. I was then told the chair wouldn’t be in stock for at least two months and was immediately steered toward a more expensive, less comfortable option. Once I declined, the wait time for the chair I actually wanted suddenly became “about a month.” Poor service, obvious upselling, and inconsistent information. You lost a customer.

  DO NOT PURCHASE AS THEY WONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND WILL IGNORE YOU IF ITS ABOUT A COMPLAINT. I purchased a couch from Leon’s, which was delivered on March 8. Shortly after delivery, we began experiencing bed bug bites, which have been isolated exclusively to use of the couch. There have been no signs of bed bugs on any other furniture or areas within the apartment. We moved into this apartment approximately two months prior to the delivery and had no prior issues with pests. A licensed pest control inspection has confirmed that the source of the bed bugs is the couch. Additionally, at the time of delivery, my partner observed that the delivery truck contained other furniture that was uncovered, raising concerns about contamination. The delivery personnel also failed to properly assemble the couch as required, which suggests negligence and may explain how the infestation was overlooked. Furthermore, the manager of the Leons Hamilton store that we purchased the couch from has mentioned to us that the delivery was not completed properly. Based on the timing, expert report, and absence of any prior infestation, it is clear that the bed bugs originated from the couch delivered by Leon’s. Leons refuses to take any responsibility and they also did not take our matter seriously as they avoided our phone calls and kept telling us home office will call us back which they never did. It was after about 5 days of persistence that we finally were able to talk to someone from home office, and all they said was that since the issue is only with us and no one else has complained, they refuse to take responsibility. We have warranty for the couch and even bought a TV from Leons. We spent a lot of money and its so sad a multi million dollar company can't be bothered to own up to their mistakes. A lot of money went down the drain, never again. (we bought a sectional couch). Our biggest mistake was reporting this issue late as we truly trusted Leon's would not sell a defective new product. Now me and my partner are paying for our mistakes of reporting this issue late.
