  We went looking to buy a portable dishwasher. Ours broke down so we were hoping to buy one immediately. The website said they had several in stock so we thought we would end up buying one there. It turned out they had none in stock at all. We were told the earliest we could get the one we saw on the sales floor was not for a month. The customer service was good and he told us they would price match, but we had to go somewhere else. We ended up going to The Brick instead.

  I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received during my recent visit to the Stone Church Road Leon's location. This was my second visit to look at purchasing a refrigerator. I have been a loyal customer and have previously purchased recliners, a mattress, and other furniture from Leon's. Unfortunately, on both visits regarding the refrigerator, my experience was very disappointing. During my most recent visit, my family and I were in the store before two other couples arrived. Despite being there first and clearly looking at appliances, no employee approached us to offer assistance. Instead, staff immediately went to assist the customers who arrived after us. We waited and continued browsing, but were completely ignored. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. While I sincerely hope this was not the case, the experience made me question whether I was being treated differently because of the colour of my skin. Whether intentional or not, that is how the situation felt. I had planned to purchase a refrigerator, and I am also in the market for new mattresses and bedroom furniture. However, based on these repeated experiences, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I wanted to bring this to your attention because customer service matters, and no customer should feel overlooked or ignored when they enter your store.

  Purchased four side chairs , on sale , the salesman was polite (Nick N) and gave us space to look around . Was told I would get a call when the chairs were in on the Monday, no call. I called on Tuesday and they were in , arranged for pickup on the Tuesday. Everything worked out . Order #06046HJUAR

  What an incredible salesperson and an even more incredible person! Rob Levesque at Leon's Hamilton made a dream come true for me. I live with multiple illnesses and health conditions, and for a long time I've been dreaming of owning an adjustable bed. From the moment we walked in, Rob treated us with patience, kindness, and genuine care. He never rushed us, answered every question we had (even the ones we thought might be silly!), and took the time to make sure we understood all of our options. Thanks to Rob's knowledge and dedication, we ended up saving nearly $4,000—yes, almost $4,000! As an added bonus, we even received a free handheld vacuum with our purchase. The entire experience was stress-free, enjoyable, and far beyond what we expected. Thank you, Rob, for your outstanding customer service and for helping make this dream a reality. Now I'll be counting down the days until Leon's Hamilton delivers our new beds and mattresses! Highly recommended!
