- AFA FJun 6, 20263.0I had a large order. I finished checking out a minute or 2 before closing. I was told I couldn't bring the cart to my car because they were closing. I dropped a blanket on the ground while trying to unlock my car. My arms were full.

- MCMoe chheMay 23, 20261.0I visited this JYSK location after checking wardrobe and closet prices online and at other JYSK stores across Hamilton and Burlington, and I found the prices in this “store closing” sale were exactly the same as regular prices everywhere else. When I asked staff about the discounts, they seemed unsure, and one associate rudely claimed that the other JYSK stores were the ones using misleading prices, not this location. That response made the experience even more unprofessional. It honestly feels misleading to advertise a major closing sale when many products appear to be regular price, and the manager did not seem to care that customers were leaving disappointed because of the unattractive pricing. I have taken pictures of the prices and signage as evidence, which I will also be forwarding to corporate for review.

- BBBanseeApr 17, 20261.0Donna was extremely rude, hostile and disrespectful. We asked for 30 metres, and Donna very angrily said they only do measurements in metres. So we converted to metres in front of her - approx 9 metres and they still charged us for 30 metres. We had to present a strong case to get a refund even though it was her mistake. Overall, her tone turned what should have been a simple interaction into a disappointing experience.
