  Very friendly staff, clean facilities, easy to use and access. Covered and drive in bays to keep stuff dry for load/unload with tools (carts, dollies) at your disposal. Got a great rate too. Unit in great shape. Will def recommend.

  The deal at xmas last year was super helpful with an emergency move I had. The staff were knowledgeable, explained everything, answered contract questions etc. The place was clean and of there was an issue there was staff on site to clean up. Overall great storage facility.

  One of the best storage facility in Hamilton area , the staff is really friendly specially Nicole Paterson. Highly recommended.

  Nicole was so incredibly friendly and helpful, I really didn't expect that touring a storage space would be anything other than a neutral experience at best but she actually made it pleasant!

  I would recommend access storage to anybody. They have a wonderful staff and they are more than accommodating for me. Extenuating family serve circumstances occurred. They were very understanding and went to bat from me with regional and I like to think regional too whoever authorized it thank you very much, but yes and they have a great deal too for your first four weeks and then they have one over 3 months too, so you should ask about that.
