  Really nice people. Always helpful. Willing to work with you to find a unit for your needs. Clean and orderly facilities. Staff are always nice Our lock broke and they were 10/10 for helping get us in and replace the lock.

  Dear Owner / Management, I hope you are doing well. First, I would like to sincerely thank Dilip and Ms. Kaur for their kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness. They have always treated me with respect and have been very supportive whenever I needed assistance. I have already mentioned this matter to them, and I truly appreciate their efforts. I have been a loyal customer with your company for approximately 14 years, and I value the service and relationship built over the years. I am writing regarding my current outdoor parking spot, OD1, as well as my previous spot, OD25. Previously, I was assigned OD25, which created ongoing difficulty due to limited space for maneuvering. I tow a 24 ft trailer with my 2018 Cadillac Escalade, and the turning radius in that location made backing in extremely challenging. The repeated maneuvering eventually caused damage to the rear bumper of my Cadillac. In addition, after leaving my trailer there, I later discovered damage to the trailer which appeared related to the neighboring OD26 area where auger drilling equipment was stored. I have attached supporting photos showing: • Significant standing water and swamp-like conditions in the OD1 area after rainfall • Low ground elevation causing drainage issues • Trailer exposure to wet and unstable ground conditions • Physical damage to the trailer exterior consistent with prior tight access / neighboring equipment conditions I have since moved to OD1, which has been a much better fit and gives me enough room to safely back in and access my trailer. I am very grateful for this improvement. My only request is that some gravel be added to OD1 to raise and level the area, as there is substantial water accumulation after rainfall. The spot appears lower than surrounding areas and can become swampy and soft. As someone with a civil engineering background, I would respectfully recommend adding gravel or fill material to improve drainage, create a stable parking base, and help prevent long-term ground settlement or future sinkhole concerns. This would greatly improve safety, accessibility, and preservation of customer vehicles/trailers. I truly appreciate your time and consideration of this request.
