The staff at this location kept delaying the delivery of the product, waited 6 months and then cancelled the order, also, don’t expect them to pick the call , they rarely pick up the call..miserable experience..

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful services exceptionally fast.
A very concerning issue is with the corporate decision to refuse service to any person that chooses to pay with the legal tender of cash. They have the right to refuse service to anyone, but the only people that they will refuse service to are people that are wishing to pay with cash the countries legal tender.
This is extremely concerning to me. It should be concerning to a lot of others because corporate decision making on restricting service to the few that choose their legal right of payment method is being restricted.
I feel like this corporate decision is living my parcel right as a Canadian citizen and is entirely unethical and highly prejudice.

My friend Prudhvi called me that they have an amazing mattress that’s on sale. I drove to visit them and had a chance to meet Ghalib K who is a good sales person.
He took time to explain the mattress material, warranty and the care need to be taken on the mattress. I bought the mattress immediately.

Divya went above and beyond with the purchase of a mattress for my dad who is disabled. He needed a very specific mattress for his abilities and saftey. She very helpful, patient and understanding. She got us a great deal and we were very grateful for her kindness! We will be returning and asking for her specifically!

I would like to mention that the store itself is NOT wheelchair accessible by any means! It was impossible to move around the very cramped store for myself and my dad in his wheelchair. The only way we were able to enter and leave the location was by one of the associates holding the doors. (Who despite all sitting right by the door either on their phones or watching us I still had to ask for assistants with the door.)
Moving through the mattress section was also impossible for my dad who myself and Divya had to lift out and assist him through the tight "isle"to try the mattresses. This needs to be taken care of if we will be returning.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
