We had such a good experience with Divya at Brick when we were buying our dining set. She was super friendly, easy to talk to, and really listened to what we wanted. I will never come back here again. I was there Sunday, April 25th around 5pm. As soon as my partner and I had walked in, we were nicely greeted by Masood. We told him we were in looking for sectional couches. He showed us two.
Mind you this man had no idea how to even show us the features of the pull out couch lol. Bro was FOR REAL struggling to pull it out...
After watching him struggle for 30 seconds trying to pull out the bed of the couch (lol) we told him we were just going to browse around and look at other couches.
Masood followed us EVERYWHERE. I get it, you want to stay around 'your' customers just incase if they have any questions.
My partner and I are mid conversion talking about the couches, and Masood rudely interrupts and just asks us really unnecessary questions that we had already answered when we first walked into the door. "What kind of couch are you looking for?" "What size couch?" "When do you need it?"
At this point we are both visibly uncomfortable. So we told him we're just looking at prices and want to browse around. We thank him and walk towards the bedding area. To which he follows us AGAIN. This time, he was following CLOSELY.
"Are you looking at beds now? What kind of bed are you looking for?" Again. We told him. WE ARE JUST BROWSING. "Well, you're clearly looking for something, otherwise why would you be here."
...
This man needs to be retrained in customer service because what the actual hell was that comment.
Not only are we both visibly uncomfortable, but now we are ANGRY. We just want to be left alone and to just look around. We are very nice and civil, "Thank you, but we just want to keep looking."
He then starts going on about the deals going on. We heard you the first time man. You literally told us as soon as we walked in.
We told him that we don't need anything until June, so we are just browsing. PLEASE LEAVE US ALONE MAN.
"Well, buy it with me now and have it shipped in June." ... I almost laughed in this man's face. At this point, we felt like we were being punked.
We KINDLY told him no. And just walked away to go look at the tv's now.
AGAIN. MASOOD IS FOLLOWING US. CLOSELY. AT LEAST MAKE IT LOOK LIKE YOU HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO.
I can literally hear his breaths. That's how close this man was following us.
We just left.
The funny thing is, We did want to purchase furniture that day. But he really deterred us.
We will never be coming here again.

So I have been a client of the brick for over 15 years now in that time I have purchased 2 large TVs, 2 beds 1 queen and 1 king size, A leather sofa and leather loveseat, A lazyboy chair, A coffee table and just this month purchased a sofa-bed sectional.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
