  Manager Matt store is the best! All his employees are very knowledgable and what they don't know they find out, they are very respectful. I have bought all my household furniture there and have never had an issue with the product or getting an issue taken care of asap with excellent results! The store is clean and well displayed. I would highly recommend shopping here. Their delievery service is great and again I have had no issues with it.

  Went online and check in stock to select a fridge I wanted.. first it showed a 5 days later delivery. As I continued to check out it then told me it was a special order. Of course I paid in full, it wasn't it the lady called me the next day that I found out it would be a even later delivery. I screenshot the first delivery stated and also 1 showing where I check off in stock. I sent email with attachments with stating why I was so upset. 2 weeks later I went online again and checked off in stock and the exact same fridge came up. I immediately called the store with concerns. I finally received my fridge after 3 weeks from ordering. The delivery operators we excellent.

  ZERO STARS. SCAMMM. DO NOT BUY FROM LEONS. I am writing this with deep regrets on my order that I placed with Leons Kitchener. This is an extremely unprofessional company. For a company with a great reputation and a lasting customer base. They are extremely cheap when it comes for them to pay up. This was my first and last order from them. I had placed an order for a mattress in Jan 2026. The delivery guys that Leons uses is a Joke and extremely unprofessional. They backed into the driveway and damaged my retaining wall that I had constructed in 2025, which had cost me a huge sums of money. The driver and the helper didn't mention a thing about the damage. They dropped off the mattress and left the property. I noticed the damages later that day and when I checked the camera footage, I discovered the delivery driver had damaged the retaining wall. I notified Leons about this and was told to submit pictures and quotes, and they would look into it. After 6 months of back and forth, I am told they are not responsible. I have toddler at home, and if this were to topple over and injure him, who would be responsible? At this point I am left with a mattress and a damaged retaining wall that they wont fix. DO NOT BUY FROM LEONS. I am posting all over Ontario so poeple are aware of this and dont have to go through what I did from the Kitchener location.

  We had an excellent experience purchasing our new living room furniture and rug from Leons. We went to several other furniture stores first. The decision was made to purchase from Leons after we met Jawaid our sales person. He was readily available to answer the many questions I had about the furniture, pricing,delivery and extended warranty. If he didn't know the answer, he found it out. The pick up of our old furniture and delivery went well. Although all the other pieces arrived in perfect condition, the marble coffee table top arrived with a manufactors defect which marred the marble surface. I contacted customer service and spoke with both Maitri and Anjali. They assisted in the process reporting the defect.and arranging the delivery of a replacement coffee table. Our experience with Leon's and their excellent customer service has been very positive.

  Purchased a dishwasher and were told by the associate that instalation would occur the day after delivery. No appointment was set up the day after so we called the store, who essentially said its a third party installer and its not our problem, they at no point made any offer or attempt to contact their installer on our behalf. So now we've had an uninstalled dishwasher sitting in our (very small) kitchen for a week, have contacted customer service multiple times and were finally told here's the number for the installer just call them yourself, and that it may take up to an additional week for instalation. Zero accountability once they had our money. Also worth noting that per their policies you only have 72 hours after delivery to initiate a return or repair for any defects, not sure how exactly you're to know if there are any issues with the function when the installation you paid $200 for hasn't occurred?
