Despite applying two 15% price increases in under 18 months, they do not respond to calls or emails; not even for basic questions. It’s extremely concerning that the only way to get any information is by showing up in person. I ultimately cancelled my unit because of these ongoing issues, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for storage.
