  Very disappointing experience with Cubeit. We rented a storage container while renovating our home. The payment cycle was every 4 weeks, and all payments were made on time. Our renewal date was May 29, but unfortunately, we missed their call and were unable to cancel before the next billing cycle. I contacted Cubeit on May 30, just one day after the renewal date, but they still charged the full 4-week fee of approximately $650 until June 29. I explained that I was only one day late and asked if they could charge a prorated amount, but I was told that charging the full 4 weeks is company policy. We emptied and returned the container on June 5, only a few days later, yet no adjustment or refund was offered. I understand that companies have policies, but I found this approach unfair and lacking flexibility. Based on my experience, I would recommend considering other storage providers, such as U-Haul, home depot
